Role Description

The Accountant role at Klybeck Life Sciences MENA is a full-time, on-site position based at the Dammam factory.

The Accountant will support day-to-day financial and accounting activities, including recording and reconciling transactions, maintaining general ledger accounts, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements and periodic reports.

Responsibilities include supporting accounts payable and receivable activities, processing invoices and payments, preparing reconciliations and expense reports, and assisting with budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, and cost analysis.

The role will also support internal and external audits, tax and regulatory documentation, and compliance with local regulations and company policies.

The Accountant will work closely with finance, operations, supply chain, and management teams to maintain accurate financial records and provide financial information that supports effective decision-making and manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic to good understanding of financial accounting, general ledger management, and financial statements.
• Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, and expense management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements is preferred.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, inventory accounting, and production cost tracking is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO standards, or financial controls within a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, SOCPA, or equivalent are an advantage but not required.
