مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث (جدة) يعلن عن حاجته لطبيب مؤقت (Locum Tenens) في تخصص/فرع تخصص، وذلك لتشخيص وعلاج الأمراض وتقديم الرعاية الطبية وفقاً للوائح والسياسات الداخلية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • المسؤول عن تشخيص وعلاج الأمراض والحالات الطبية، وتقديم الرعاية الطبية في مجال التخصص/فرع التخصص وفقاً للوائح وأنظمة الكادر الطبي وسياسات وإجراءات المستشفى.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم رعاية عالية الجودة للمرضى في جميع جوانب التخصص المحدد وفقاً للامتيازات السريرية المعتمدة.
  • تقديم الاستشارات (للمرضى الداخليين وطوارئ) عند الطلب والاستجابة في الوقت المحدد حسب سياسة المستشفى.
  • المسؤولية عن إكمال السجل الطبي بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
  • توفير خدمة المناوبة وضمان التوفر والاستجابة خلال الإطار الزمني المحدد وفقاً لسياسة المستشفى.
  • إجراء الجولات الصباحية اليومية لتحديد المرضى المستعدين للخروج، وضمان كتابة أوامر الخروج قبل 24 ساعة من المغادرة.
  • أداء أي مسؤوليات سريرية أخرى متعلقة بالتخصص حسب التكليف.
  • تقديم التوجيه والتدريب العملي والإشراف للمتدربين والمقيمين والزملاء حسب التكليف.
  • المشاركة في الأنشطة التعليمية للقسم وبرامجه التدريبية، وحضور المؤتمرات الطبية المحلية والدولية.
  • الحفاظ على المعرفة المهنية ومتطلبات التعليم المستمر وتعزيزها.
  • المشاركة في مشاريع البحث السريري والأساسي والترجمة وفقاً لسياسة مجلس الاستشارات البحثية لتعزيز المعرفة وتحسين جودة التعليم العالي والمساهمة في التقدير الوطني والدولي للمستشفى.
  • تولي المهام الإدارية التي يكلف بها رئيس القسم أو رئيس الشعبة.
  • المشاركة في جميع الأنشطة الإلزامية للقسم والعمل في لجان القسم والمستشفى والوظائف الإدارية الأخرى حسب الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • التخرج من كلية طب معتمدة وإكمال فترة التدريب المطلوبة في التخصص و/أو فرع التخصص.
  • الحصول على شهادة البورد العربي أو الأمريكي، أو العضوية و/أو الزمالة في المملكة المتحدة و/أو كندا أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة تدريبية لا تقل عن سبع (7) سنوات في التخصص أو فرع التخصص.
  • خبرة مهنية بعد التخصص لا تقل عن سبع (7) سنوات في فرع التخصص.

Summary

Responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of medical diseases and conditions, as well as the provision of medical care in the field of Specialty/Subspeciality, in accordance with the current medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations and the hospital’s policies and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Clinical Responsibilities
Provides high quality patient care in all aspects of assigned specialty according to his/her approved clinical privileges.
Provides consultation (inpatient, and emergency room) upon request and responds in a timely manner within the prescribed timeframe as outlined in KFSH&RC policy.
Responsible for the timely completion, competencies, accuracy and eligibility of the medical record
Provides on-call service and ensures availability and response time within the prescribed timeframe in accordance with hospital policy.
Conducts daily morning rounds to identify patients ready for discharge.  Ensures that discharge orders are written 24hours prior to discharge.
 Performs any other clinical responsibilities related to the specialty, as assigned.
Academic Responsibilities
Provides orientation, bedside training and supervision to interns, residents and fellows as assigned
Participates in department’s educational activities and training programs of the department. Partakes in national and international medical conferences.
Maintains and enhances professional knowledge and continuing education requirements.
Research Responsibilities
Participates in clinical, basic and translational research projects in accordance with Research Advisory Council Policy in order to advance knowledge, improve the quality of post graduate education and contribute to the national and international recognition of KFSH&RC (Gen. Org.).
Administrative Responsibilities
Undertakes the administrative duties assigned by Head of Section or Chairman.
Participates in all mandatory departmental activities and serves on departmental and hospital committees and other administrative functions, as required.


 

Education

Graduation from an accredited medical school, completion of required period of training in specialty and/or subspecialty, with Arab or American Board certification, membership and/or fellowship status in the United Kingdom and/or Canada or their equivalent.

Experience Required

Seven (7) Years of training inspecialty or subspecialty plus postgraduate training experience must be equalto or exceed seven (7) years’ experience in the subspecialty
