Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Salesperson will engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products to ensure a positive purchasing experience. Daily responsibilities include welcoming customers, presenting and demonstrating products, answering questions, and providing accurate information on features, pricing, and promotions. The role also involves processing sales transactions, maintaining product displays, tracking inventory, and following up with customers to build long-term relationships. The Salesperson will collaborate with the wider team to meet sales targets, participate in store merchandising, and support promotional activities while upholding company policies and professional standards.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or direct sales, preferably in consumer products or a related industry.
• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to listen, communicate clearly, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Basic numeracy and comfort with handling cash, point-of-sale systems, and sales documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, including weekends or shifts as required.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail in managing inventory, displays, and sales records.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and contribute to shared sales goals.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is beneficial.
