White Esnad Company is seeking a Registered Nursing Specialist to serve as a Nursing Manager, overseeing the medical team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, evaluating, and training the medical staff, conducting interviews and performance assessments, and establishing collaborative partnerships with other healthcare institutions to enhance home healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the medical team, ensuring optimal healthcare service delivery.
• Assess and evaluate the performance of the medical staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Provide training and professional development for nursing personnel.
• Conduct interviews to recruit and select qualified healthcare professionals.
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies to enhance patient experience.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with other healthcare institutions to improve service integration.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Contribute to the company’s strategic planning and growth in the home healthcare sector.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Candidate with a valid nursing license issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Proven experience in nursing, preferably in home healthcare.
• Strong background in medical management and team leadership.
• Ability to evaluate and train medical staff to maintain service excellence.
• Fluent in Arabic & English is a must.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Sponsorship Transfer to Company Is Required.
