Drive the successful expansion of autonomous delivery and robotics initiatives across Saudi Arabia by leading regulatory engagement, building strategic partnerships with real estate developers, and coordinating cross-functional execution

Job scope

• Build and manage relationships with key Saudi regulatory authorities (including TGA, SASO, GEOSA, and other relevant entities) to facilitate approvals, ensure compliance, and support robotics and automation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with real estate developers, master communities, and other ecosystem stakeholders to identify and enable deployment opportunities.
• Act as primary on-ground representative for external stakeholders, building trust and driving alignment across partners.
• Track regulatory developments and proactively engage stakeholders to support the adoption of autonomous delivery technologies across the Kingdom.

What you'll need:

• Experience engaging with Saudi government entities, regulatory authorities, or strategic public-sector stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi regulatory landscape and the ability to navigate government approval processes.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across both the public and private sectors.
• Existing network within government authorities, real estate developers, infrastructure organizations, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
