طيران الرياض، الناقل الوطني الجديد ومقره الرياض، يبحث عن مدير هندسة أمن المؤسسات (Enterprise Security Architecture Manager) للعمل في منطقة الرياض. هذا دور محوري يتطلب تصميم وتنفيذ الهندسة الأمنية لضمان حماية قوية للأنظمة والبيانات والتطبيقات، مع التركيز على أطر TOGAF وSABSA وأمن السحابة وإدارة الهوية وحماية البيانات وأمن API.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
طيران الرياض (RX) هو الناقل الوطني الجديد الذي يسعى لقيادة صناعة الطيران وتحويل المملكة إلى مركز عالمي للطيران والتجارة. نحن نبحث عن مهندس أمن مؤسسي تعاوني واستراتيجي لديه القدرة على إنشاء أطر أمنية شاملة. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تصميم وتنفيذ الهندسة الأمنية، ودعم أمن السحابة وإدارة الهوية وحماية البيانات وأمن API، مع مواءمة استراتيجيات الأمن مع أهداف العمل. كما ستجري تقييمات دورية للأنظمة والتصاميم لتحديد الثغرات وتقديم توصيات لتعزيز الأمن، وستعمل بشكل متكامل مع فرق تقنية المعلومات وDevOps والأعمال والموردين لدمج الأمن في التصميم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتنفيذ الهندسة الأمنية وفق أطر TOGAF وSABSA.
- دعم أمن السحابة، إدارة الهوية (IAM)، حماية البيانات، وأمن API.
- مواءمة استراتيجيات الأمن مع أهداف العمل.
- إجراء تقييمات دورية للأنظمة والتصاميم لتحديد الثغرات الأمنية وتقديم توصيات لتعزيز الأمن.
- العمل بشكل متكامل مع فرق تقنية المعلومات، DevOps، الأعمال والموردين لدمج وتضمين الأمن في التصميم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في الأمن السيبراني، منها سنتان على الأقل في أدوار ذات صلة بالهندسة الأمنية.
- خبرة عملية في منصات السحابة والحلول الأمنية المرتبطة بها.
- يُفضل الحصول على شهادات مثل TOGAF، SABSA، CISSP، CISM، CCSP، أو MS Azure Certified Security.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تعاونية واستراتيجية عالية.
- القدرة على إنشاء أطر أمنية شاملة.
- خبرة في تصميم وتنفيذ أطر IAM، Cloud، Data، وAPI Security (ميزة إضافية).

About The Role
Are you a collaborative and strategic Enterprise Security Architect with the ability to create comprehensive security frameworks?
This is a pivotal role where you will design and implement security architecture, ensuring robust protection across systems, data, and applications.
You will be instrumental in security architecture development in alignment with TOGAF and SABSA frameworks, as well as supporting cloud security, identity management, data protection, API security; all while aligning security strategies with business objectives.
A core component of this role is to conduct regular assessments against systems or designs to identify security gaps and vulnerabilities and provide recommendations to enhance the architecture security.
To achieve security architecture objectives, you will work cross-functionally with IT, DevOps, business teams and vendors to integrate, embed and validate security by design.

About You
Degree qualified, you will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, of which at least 2 years would have been in security architecture related roles.
