تعلن شركة SIGMA، إحدى كبرى شركات خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في منطقة EMEA، عن توفر فرصة عمل عن بعد لمهندس شبكات أول (Senior Network Engineer) في الشرقية الجبيل السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتنفيذ البنية التحتية للشبكات في المؤسسات مع ضمان التوفر العالي وقابلية التوسع والأداء.
- تكوين وإدارة أجهزة التوجيه (routers) والمحولات (switches) وجدران الحماية (firewalls) والشبكات الخاصة الافتراضية (VPNs) وأجهزة الشبكة الأخرى.
- مراقبة صحة الشبكة وحل المشكلات بشكل استباقي.
- تشخيص مشكلات الاتصال والأداء المعقدة.
- تنفيذ ضوابط الأمان والتعاون مع الفرق المتعددة لدعم مشاريع النشر وتحسين الخدمات.
- توثيق بنى الشبكات والإجراءات والمشاركة في تخطيط السعة والمساهمة في التحسين المستمر لعمليات الشبكة والوضع الأمني.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قوية في هندسة الشبكات وتصميمها، بما في ذلك خبرة في التوجيه (routing) والتبديل (switching) وبنى الشبكات المؤسسية.
- إتقان إدارة الشبكات بما في ذلك التكوين والمراقبة وصيانة أجهزة وخدمات الشبكة.
- قدرات متقدمة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها لمشكلات أداء الشبكة والاتصال والموثوقية المعقدة.
- خبرة عملية في أمان الشبكات بما في ذلك جدران الحماية والشبكات الخاصة الافتراضية وأنظمة كشف/منع الاختراق والتكوينات الآمنة للشبكة.
- خبرة مع بروتوكولات TCP/IP و VLANs و BGP و OSPF و QoS ومعايير الشبكات ذات الصلة.
- الإلمام بأدوات مراقبة وإدارة الشبكات مثل Nagios أو SolarWinds أو Zabbix أو منصات مماثلة.
- الشهادات المهنية ذات الصلة مثل CCNP أو CCIE أو JNCIP أو ما يعادلها تعتبر مفيدة جداً.
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
- مهارات تحليلية وتوثيق قوية مع القدرة على شرح المفاهيم التقنية بوضوح لأصحاب المصلحة التقنيين وغير التقنيين.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل بشكل مستقل في بيئة عن بعد، وإدارة الأولويات، والتعاون بفعالية مع الفرق الموزعة.

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Network Engineer at SIGMA. The Senior Network Engineer will design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructures, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance. Daily responsibilities include configuring and administering routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other network devices, as well as monitoring network health and proactively resolving issues. The role involves diagnosing complex connectivity and performance problems, implementing security controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project deployments and service improvements. The Senior Network Engineer will document network architectures and procedures, participate in capacity planning, and contribute to continuous optimization of network operations and security posture.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Network Engineering and Network Design skills, including experience with routing, switching, and enterprise network architectures.
- Proficiency in Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices and services.
- Advanced Troubleshooting capabilities for complex network performance, connectivity, and reliability issues.
- Hands-on Network Security experience, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention, and secure network configurations.
- Experience with TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, QoS, and related networking protocols and standards.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or similar platforms).
- Relevant industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent are highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
