تعلن شركة TGP International عن توفر وظيفة كاشير (سعودي الجنسية فقط) للعمل في مطعم يقدم خدمة طلب من الكاونتر وخدمة ذاتية عالية الجودة في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترحيب بالعملاء بطريقة ودية ومهنية
- تلقي طلبات العملاء بدقة ومعالجة المدفوعات عبر نظام نقاط البيع (POS)
- التعامل مع المعاملات النقدية والبطاقات وطرق الدفع الأخرى بشكل صحيح
- الاحتفاظ بمعرفة قوية بعناصر القائمة والمكونات والعروض الترويجية والخيارات المتاحة
- مساعدة العملاء في اختيار القائمة والإجابة على أسئلتهم بوضوح
- التوصية بمنتجات إضافية ودعم فرص البيع الإضافي
- التنسيق مع فريق المطبخ والخدمة لضمان تحضير الطلبات بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد
- تجهيز صواني الأكل داخل المطعم وطلبات التوصيل
- فحص الطلبات قبل التسليم لضمان الدقة والاكتمال
- الحفاظ على منطقة الكاشير والخدمة نظيفة ومنظمة وحسنة المظهر
- إتمام تسوية النقدية في نهاية اليوم وإعداد تقارير الإغلاق
- الإبلاغ عن أي اختلافات نقدية أو مشاكل في نظام نقاط البيع للمشرف
- اتباع إجراءات الشركة ومعايير سلامة الغذاء وإرشادات خدمة العملاء
- دعم أعضاء الفريق الآخرين خلال فترات الازدحام
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات ككاشير في مطعم يقدم خدمة طلب من الكاونتر أو خدمة ذاتية عالية الجودة
- خبرة سابقة في استخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) والتعامل مع المعاملات النقدية
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (شرط أساسي)
- يفضل إجادة اللغة العربية
- مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء والتواصل
- مهارات جيدة في البيع الإضافي والتوصية بالمنتجات
- معرفة جيدة بعمليات المطعم وإجراءات تسليم الطلبات
- القدرة على إتمام تسوية النقدية وتقارير الإغلاق بدقة
- موقف إيجابي ومهارات قوية في العمل الجماعي
- القدرة على العمل بكفاءة في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة
- مرونة في العمل بنظام المناوبات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in a high-quality counter-service and self-service restaurant in Riyadh.
The Cashier will be responsible for processing customer orders and payments accurately, providing excellent service, supporting upselling, and coordinating with the service team to ensure orders are prepared and handed over correctly.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system
- Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions correctly
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, promotions, and available options
- Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions clearly
- Recommend additional items and support upselling opportunities
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time
- Prepare and hand over dine-in trays and takeaway orders
- Check orders before handover to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable cashier and service area
- Complete end-of-day cash reconciliation and prepare closing reports
- Report any cash discrepancies or POS issues to the supervisor
- Follow company procedures, food safety standards, and customer service guidelines
- Support other team members during busy periods
- 2-3 years of experience as a Cashier in a high-quality counter-service or self-service restaurant
- Previous experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions
- English language proficiency is required
- Arabic language skills are preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good upselling and product recommendation skills
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and order handover procedures
- Ability to complete cash reconciliation and closing reports accurately
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
