شركة ARX | smart minds، شبكة عالمية من المتخصصين في الهندسة والتصميم والعمارة، تبحث عن مهندس إنشائي أول للجسور والأنفاق (Senior Structural Bridge/Tunnel Engineer) للعمل بنسبة 100% في مكتبها بالرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن محترف أول يتمتع بخبرة قوية في هندسة الجسور والأنفاق، بما في ذلك مراجعة التصميم والإشراف على الإنشاء والتنسيق ضمن بيئة إدارة المشاريع والاستشارات (PMC/consultancy).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم القيادة الفنية لنطاق الأعمال الإنشائية (الجسور/الأنفاق) عبر البرنامج، مع ضمان الحوكمة والامتثال ومعايير الجودة.
- مراجعة واعتماد مخرجات التصميم الإنشائي بما في ذلك الرسومات والحسابات والمواصفات وجداول الكميات وبيانات الطرق وإجراءات التفتيش (ITPs).
- الإشراف على تسليم العناصر الإنشائية الرئيسية مثل: هياكل الجسور (مسبقة الصب، مصبوبة في الموقع، قطاعية، فولاذية، مركبة)، هياكل الأنفاق (مقطوعة ومغطاة، أنفاق محفورة، أنظمة احتجاز، أعمدة)، الأساسات (ركائز، قواعد ركائز، أساسات عميقة، تحسين التربة)، الأعمال المؤقتة ومراحل البناء، والواجهات الإنشائية مع الطرق والمرافق والسكك الحديدية والبنية التحتية الأخرى.
- قيادة حل المشكلات الفنية بما في ذلك طلبات المعلومات وإشعارات عدم المطابقة وقيود الموقع وفجوات التصميم وتحديات قابلية البناء.
- دعم الإشراف على الإنشاء والتفتيش والتنسيق مع المقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة.
- مراقبة التقدم وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقاً للرسومات والمواصفات ومتطلبات السلامة المعتمدة.
- دعم أنشطة الاختبار والتفتيش والتسليم لضمان السلامة الإنشائية والجاهزية التشغيلية.
- التنسيق مع الجهات وأصحاب المصلحة للحصول على الموافقات والحفاظ على استمرارية تسليم المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية/الإنشائية (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في مشاريع الجسور والأنفاق الكبرى.
- معرفة قوية بالتحليل الإنشائي وتصميم الجسور والأنفاق ومنهجيات البناء.
- خبرة مثبتة في مراجعة التصميم والإشراف على الإنشاء وتسليم المشاريع ضمن بيئات إدارة المشاريع والاستشارات (PMC/consultancy).
- الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية ومعايير التصميم السعودية بالإضافة إلى متطلبات الجهات.
- مهارات قوية في التنسيق والتواصل وإعداد التقارير مع القدرة على قيادة النقاشات الفنية بفعالية.
- يفضل خبرة العمل مع فرق إدارة المشاريع أو الاستشاريين أو جهة العميل.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوب؛ اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Senior Structural Bridge/Tunnel Engineer - 100% (m/f)
The ideal candidate should be a senior professional with strong experience in bridge and tunnel engineering, including design review, construction oversight, and coordination within a PMC/consultancy environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical leadership for the structural (bridge/tunnel) scope across the program, ensuring governance, compliance, and quality standards are maintained.
- Review and endorse structural design deliverables, including drawings, calculations, specifications, BoQs, method statements, and ITPs.
- Bridge structures (precast, cast-in-situ, segmental, steel, composite)
- Tunnel structures (cut-and-cover, bored tunnels, retaining systems, shafts)
- Foundations (piles, pile caps, deep foundations, ground improvement)
- Temporary works and construction staging
- Structural interfaces with roads, utilities, rail, and other infrastructure
- Lead the resolution of technical issues, including RFIs, NCRs, site constraints, design gaps, and constructability challenges.
- Support construction supervision, inspections, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Support testing, inspections, and handover activities to ensure structural integrity and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with authorities and stakeholders to secure approvals and maintain continuity of project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in major bridge and tunnel projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, bridge and tunnel design, and construction methodologies.
- Proven experience in design review, construction supervision, and project delivery within PMC/consultancy environments.
- Familiarity with international and Saudi design standards, as well as authority requirements.
- Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions effectively.
- Experience working with PMC, consultant, or client-side teams is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.
