Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Soil Laboratory Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, KSA. The role entails conducting soil testing and analysis, preparing detailed technical reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures. This position also involves supervising lab team operations and maintaining oversight on laboratory equipment to guarantee quality and safety standards. The Senior Engineer will collaborate with project teams to support engineering and geotechnical investigations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in soil testing, analysis, and geotechnical laboratory techniques
• 15+ years of experience is a MUST
• Strong technical reporting and documentation skills
• Experience in overseeing laboratory procedures and maintaining equipment
• Knowledge of relevant standards and safety protocols
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Professional certification or licensure in soil or geotechnical engineering (preferred)
• Experience working on projects in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 is a plus
