About The Role

As a Hostess at Café Boulud, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and memorable first impression while delivering the exceptional service standards that define Four Seasons. You will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, coordinating table assignments, and ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

Working closely with the Restaurant Management and Service team, you will oversee the flow of the restaurant, maximize seating efficiency, and promptly respond to guest inquiries while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality.

Your knowledge of the restaurant's offerings, combined with your attention to detail and genuine passion for guest service, will contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences at Café Boulud.

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh

Located in the heart of the capital within the iconic 99-storey Kingdom Tower, Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh offers an exceptional luxury experience with 276 spacious guest rooms, including 39 luxurious suites. Café Boulud

Created by world-renowned Chef Daniel Boulud, Café Boulud Riyadh offers a contemporary French dining experience inspired by Chef Boulud's signature culinary philosophy. The restaurant combines refined cuisine with warm hospitality, providing guests with an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

As a Hostess, you will play a vital role in ensuring every guest receives a personalized and memorable welcome while maintaining the smooth operation of the restaurant's reservation and seating process.

Spa and Wellness

Our world-class spa features eight treatment rooms for male guests and one treatment room exclusively for female guests, complemented by premium wellness facilities and a fully equipped fitness centre. Supported by a dedicated team of professionals, the Spa delivers exceptional experiences aligned with Four Seasons standards.

Knowledge and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of experience in a restaurant, Food & Beverage, or guest service environment, preferably within a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Previous hostess or restaurant reservations experience is preferred.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic are preferred.
• Working knowledge of restaurant reservations systems (SevenRooms experience is an advantage).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
