تعلن شركة Everllence (المعروفة سابقاً باسم MAN Energy Solutions)، الرائدة عالمياً في حلول الدفع وإزالة الكربون والكفاءة للشحن والطاقة والصناعة، عن توفر وظيفة مهندس أتمتة و PLC في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيتولى المهندس مسؤولية برمجة PLC وتطوير واجهات التصور وتكامل الأنظمة لمشاريع توليد الطاقة والأتمتة الصناعية، مع تركيز على التحكم في المولدات والمزامنة وإدارة الأحمال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتعديل واستكشاف أخطاء برامج PLC باستخدام Siemens TIA Portal
- تكوين وتطوير أنظمة HMI/SCADA باستخدام Siemens WinCC والمنصات المرئية ذات الصلة
- إجراء اختبار الأنظمة والتشغيل التجريبي واستكشاف الأخطاء في الموقع
- دمج أنظمة PLC مع وحدات التحكم بالمولدات من مختلف المصنعين
- تنفيذ ودعم منطق التحكم المتعلق بالمزامنة ومشاركة الأحمال وإدارة الأحمال
- تحليل متطلبات نظام الطاقة وترجمتها إلى منطق نظام التحكم
- دعم أنشطة اختبار القبول المصنعي (FAT) واختبار القبول الموقعي (SAT) والتشغيل التجريبي في الموقع
- إعداد وصيانة الوثائق الفنية والنسخ الاحتياطية وتكوينات النظام
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو التكنولوجيا (كهرباء، إلكترونيات، أتمتة، أو مجال ذي صلة)
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في برمجة PLC والأتمتة الصناعية
- الاستعداد للسفر والعمل في مواقع المشاريع داخل المملكة العربية السعودية وخارجها
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة عملية قوية في PLCs من Siemens و TIA Portal و WinCC
- خبرة في تطوير أنظمة التصور و SCADA
- فهم جيد لأنظمة التحكم بالمولدات من شركات تصنيع متعددة
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة الطاقة بما في ذلك المزامنة ومشاركة الأحمال وإدارة الأحمال
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل على أنظمة أتمتة معقدة

We Can Offer You The Following Tasks
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal
- Configure and develop HMI/SCADA systems using Siemens WinCC and related visualization platforms
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting at site
- Integrate PLC systems with genset control modules from different manufacturers
- Implement and support control logic related to synchronization, load sharing, and load management
- Analyze power system requirements and translate them into control system logic
- Support FAT, SAT, and site commissioning activities
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, backups, and system configurations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related field)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PLC programming and industrial automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs, TIA Portal, and WinCC
- Experience in visualization and SCADA system development
- Good understanding of genset control systems from multiple OEMs
- Solid knowledge of power systems, including:
- (Synchronization ,Load sharing ,Load management)
- Ability to work independently on complex automation systems
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites in KSA and abroad
