يعمل شاغل المنصب كمسؤول الامتثال للرعاية الصحية في أسواق الشرق الأوسط، ويقدم قيادة استراتيجية وتشغيلية شاملة في مجال الامتثال للرعاية الصحية لأعمال تقويم العظام (Orthopedics) التابعة لشركة DePuy Synthes. يتعاون هذا الدور بشكل وثيق مع قادة الفروع والمجموعات الإقليمية، والإدارة القانونية، وأصحاب المصلحة التجاريين والوظيفيين، وفرق الامتثال الإقليمية والعالمية لضمان ممارسات الأعمال الأخلاقية والإدارة الفعالة للمخاطر والامتثال للقوانين واللوائح والسياسات ذات الصلة بالرعاية الصحية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كمسؤول الامتثال الأساسي للرعاية الصحية في أسواق الشرق الأوسط.
- قيادة تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الامتثال للرعاية الصحية بما يتماشى مع الأولويات العالمية والإقليمية.
- تحديد وتقييم وإدارة مخاطر الامتثال المتعلقة بالأنشطة التجارية والترويجية والتعليم المهني وغيرها من الأنشطة التشغيلية.
- تقديم إرشادات استباقية وعملية لقادة الأعمال بشأن متطلبات الامتثال للرعاية الصحية واتخاذ القرارات الأخلاقية.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة متعددي الوظائف لدمج ضوابط الامتثال الفعالة في العمليات التجارية ونماذج الذهاب إلى السوق.
- الإشراف على برامج الامتثال الأساسية، بما في ذلك التدريب والمراقبة وتقييم المخاطر وأنشطة إدارة القضايا عبر المنطقة.
- التعاون مع الإدارة القانونية وغيرها من الوظائف لدعم التحقيقات وعمليات التدقيق والتفاعلات مع الجهات التنظيمية أو السلطات الصحية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في القانون، إدارة الأعمال، الامتثال، المالية، إدارة الرعاية الصحية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل درجة متقدمة أو شهادة مهنية في الامتثال، القانون، المخاطر، أو التخصصات ذات الصلة بالأخلاقيات.
- خبرة تتراوح بين 8 إلى 10 سنوات متزايدة في مجال الامتثال للرعاية الصحية، القانون، إدارة المخاطر، التدقيق، أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- معرفة قوية بقوانين ولوائح الامتثال للرعاية الصحية والمدونات الصناعية المطبقة عبر أسواق الشرق الأوسط.
- خبرة قيادية في إدارة برامج الامتثال المعقدة متعددة الدول أو على مستوى المجموعة الإقليمية.
- قدرة مثبتة على التعاون بفعالية مع كبار قادة الأعمال وأصحاب المصلحة متعددي الوظائف.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية، وحكم سليم، وقدرة فعالة على اتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي، مع القدرة على التأثير دون سلطة رسمية.
- يفضل خبرة في الأجهزة الطبية أو الأدوية أو صناعة علوم الحياة الأوسع.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في دعم برامج الامتثال في الشرق الأوسط ضمن منظمة عالمية.
- الإلمام بمراقبة الامتثال والتحقيقات والمعالجة وعمليات التدقيق.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئات شديدة المصفوفة ومتعددة الثقافات.
- قدرات قوية في إدارة التغيير والتأثير على أصحاب المصلحة.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوب، وإتقان اللغة العربية مفضل.
- السفر بنسبة تصل إلى 20-30%، بشكل أساسي داخل الشرق الأوسط.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Healthcare Compliance Officer for Middle East markets.
- Lead the development and execution of healthcare compliance strategies aligned with global and regional priorities.
- Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks related to commercial, promotional, professional education, and other business and operational activities.
- Provide proactive, practical guidance to business leaders on healthcare compliance requirements and ethical decision‑making.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to embed effective compliance controls into business processes and go‑to‑market models.
- Oversee core compliance programs, including training, monitoring, risk assessments, and issue management activities across the region.
- Partner with Legal and other functions to support investigations, audits, and interactions with regulators or health authorities.
- Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends across the Middle East to anticipate and address emerging compliance risks.
- Prepare and present compliance risk assessments, insights, and recommendations to country, regional, and senior leadership.
- Foster a strong culture of integrity, accountability, and speak‑up across the markets supported.
Education
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Compliance, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred: Advanced degree or professional certification in Compliance, Legal, Risk, or Ethics‑related disciplines.
Experience and Skills
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, legal, risk management, audit, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance laws, regulations, and industry codes applicable across Middle East markets.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing complex, multi‑country or cluster‑level compliance programs.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and effective decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or the broader life sciences industry.
- Prior experience supporting Middle East compliance programs within a global organization.
- Familiarity with compliance monitoring, investigations, remediation, and audits.
- Experience operating in highly matrixed, multicultural environments.
- Strong change management and stakeholder‑influencing capabilities.
- Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency preferred.
- Travel: Up to 20–30%, primarily within the Middle East, with some regional travel.
- Certifications: Compliance, legal, or ethics certifications preferred but not required.
