يتعاون مدير المبيعات التجاري مع عملائنا لتأمين تجربتهم الرقمية بالكامل، مدفوعاً برغبة حل التحديات الحرجة التي تواجه بيئة العملاء الآمنة، ليكون حلقة وصل مع الحلول المناسبة لكل مرحلة من مراحل منع التهديدات. يشغل هذا المنصب دوراً محورياً في تحقيق إيرادات الشركة ونموها. بصفته محترف مبيعات متمرساً وديناميكياً، يتولى مسؤولية قيادة وإدارة عمليات البيع. تقدم Palo Alto Networks برنامج FLIGHT للتأهيل الشامل الذي يجمع بين التعلم الافتراضي والحضوري لضمان استعداد فريق المبيعات لتوجيه العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- بيع منتجات وحلول Palo Alto Networks من خلال شركاء القنوات والتفاعل المباشر مع العملاء في منطقتك.
- استخدام خبرتك في البيع الاستشاري لتحديد التحديات التجارية وإنشاء حلول للعملاء المحتملين والحاليين.
- فهم المشهد التنافسي واحتياجات العملاء لتتمكن من وضع محفظة حلول Palo Alto Networks بشكل فعال.
- وضع أهداف واضحة وتقديم توقعات دقيقة من خلال تطوير خطة إقليمية مفصلة.
- استخدام قصص العملاء المحتملين لخلق عرض قيمة مقنع مع رؤى حول القيمة المحددة لتلك الجهة.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأخبار واتجاهات الصناعة وكيفية تأثيرها على منتجات وخدمات Palo Alto Networks.
- السفر حسب الحاجة داخل منطقتك وحضور اجتماعات الشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة ومعرفة بالبنى القائمة على البرمجيات كخدمة (SaaS)، ويفضل في مجال الشبكات و/أو الأمن.
- خبرة مثبتة في بيع الحلول المعقدة، والبيع القائم على القيمة، وتقنيات البيع الاستشاري.
- كفاءة تقنية لفهم كيفية حل منتجات وحلول التكنولوجيا لمشاكل الأعمال.
- القدرة على تحديد المشكلات ومراجعة البيانات وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتقديم حلول قابلة للتوسع.
- بناء علاقات مع شركاء القنوات لاعتماد نهج السوق المرتكز على القنوات لخدمة العملاء.
- معرفة متعمقة بدورة البيع الكاملة والقدرة على اتباع عملية بيع منظمة.
- القدرة على اتباع نهج شامل لحل المشكلات من خلال فهم الصورة الأكبر ومراعاة العلاقات والنتائج المعقدة.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة الوقت والقدرة على العمل باستقلالية عالية وتوجيه ذاتي.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية – مهارات تواصل وعرض قوية، كتابةً وتحدثاً.

The Commercial Sales Manager partners with our customers to secure their entire digital experience. This role is a significant driver of company revenue and growth. As an experienced and dynamic sales professional, you’re responsible for leading and driving sales engagements.

To ensure our sales team is equipped to guide customers, we've developed FLIGHT, an immersive onboarding program. Flight blends virtual and in-person learning at our headquarters, where new sales hires will participate in dynamic cohorts, fully dedicated to their training without customer distractions. This focused approach ensures they emerge as well-prepared sales professionals, ready to help customers leverage our comprehensive portfolio.

Your Impact
- As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling Palo Alto Networks Products and Solutions through Channel Partners and interacting directly with customers in your region
- Your consultative selling experience will identify business challenges and create solutions for prospects and our customers
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position the portfolio of Palo Alto Networks solutions
- Create clear goals and complete accurate forecasting through developing a detailed territory plan
- Leverage prospect stories to create a compelling value proposition with insights into value for that specific account
- Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect Palo Alto Networks products and services
- Travel as necessary within your territory, and to company-wide meetings
Your Experience
- Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security industry
- Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
- Technical aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
- Identifies problems, reviews data, determines the root causes, and provides scalable solutions
- Cultivate relationships with our channel partners to bring channel-centric go-to-market approach for our customers
- Demonstrates in depth knowledge of the full sales cycle and the ability to follow a structured sales process
- Ability to take a holistic approach to problem solving by understanding the bigger picture, and considering complex interrelationships and outcomes
- Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction
- English and Arabic language proficiency – strong communication and presentation skills, written and spoken
