تعلن شركة Ninja 🥷🏽 نينجا عن توفر وظيفة أمن وسلامة (Safety and Security Officer) في الرياض، السعودية، للمساهمة في الحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة من خلال إجراء عمليات التفتيش، ومراقبة أنظمة الأمن، وضمان الامتثال للوائح، ودعم الاستجابة للحوادث وأنشطة التوعية بالسلامة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء عمليات التفتيش الدورية والإبلاغ عن المخاطر أو الظروف غير الآمنة
  • متابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية لضمان الإغلاق في الوقت المناسب
  • التحقق من جاهزية معدات السلامة والأمن
  • مراقبة أداء حراس الأمن وامتثالهم للتعليمات
  • مراقبة كاميرات المراقبة (CCTV) والإبلاغ عن الأنشطة المشبوهة
  • دعم الإشراف على أفراد الأمن
  • إعداد تقارير الحوادث ورفع القضايا الحرجة
  • ضمان الامتثال لسياسات السلامة والمتطلبات التنظيمية
  • المساعدة في عمليات التدقيق والتفتيش وإغلاق النتائج
  • دعم برامج التدريب على السلامة والتوجيه والتوعية
  • مراقبة امتثال الموظفين وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة والمساعدة في إعداد التقارير

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • فهم أساسي لأنظمة السلامة واللوائح الأمنية وإجراءات الطوارئ
  • خبرة من 0 إلى 1 سنة في مجال السلامة أو الأمن أو مجال ذي صلة
  • الإلمام بأنظمة كاميرات المراقبة (CCTV) وتقنيات التحكم في الوصول
  • القدرة على إجراء تقييمات المخاطر وتنفيذ الإجراءات الوقائية
  • القدرة على الاستجابة بفعالية وكفاءة لحوادث السلامة أو الأمن
  • مهارات تواصل وحل مشكلات قوية
  • الحصول على شهادة من برنامج الصحة والسلامة المهنية (مستوى ممارس أو محترف)
  • الحصول على شهادة كوادر (Kwader) سارية المفعول
  • الشهادات الإضافية مثل CPP أو PSP أو OSHA 30 تعتبر ميزة إضافية
  • القدرة على البقاء هادئًا تحت الضغط وتقديم الدعم أثناء حالات الطوارئ

We are looking for a Security and Safety Officer to help maintain a safe and secure work environment by conducting inspections, monitoring security systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting incident response and safety awareness activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections and report hazards or unsafe conditions
  • Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely closure
  • Check readiness of safety and security equipment
  • Monitor security guards' performance and compliance
  • Monitor CCTV and report suspicious activities
  • Support supervision of security personnel
  • Prepare incident reports and escalate critical issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and closure of findings
  • Support safety training, inductions, and awareness activities
  • Monitor staff compliance and promote a safety culture
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting


Requirements


Requirements

  • Basic understanding of safety regulations, security systems, and emergency response procedures
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience in safety, security, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems and access control technologies
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures
  • Capable of responding effectively and efficiently to security or safety incidents
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Certified under the Occupational Safety and Health Program (Practitioner or Professional level)
  • Holder of a valid Kwader certificate
  • Additional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or OSHA 30 are considered an advantage
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide support during emergency situations
