Hone Your English is building a new faculty of outstanding Saudi Business English coaches to support professionals and organisations across Saudi Arabia.

We're looking for experienced Saudi English teachers who combine excellent teaching with exceptional reliability, organisation and professional standards.

Our clients range from individual professionals preparing for greater responsibility to organisations developing employees across different levels and functions. Training is highly personalised around the English participants actually need at work - from everyday professional communication to meetings, presentations, sales conversations and leadership responsibilities.

The role

You'll deliver live online English coaching to HYE clients in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.

For our individual programmes, learners are typically high-intermediate to advanced professionals. Corporate programmes can involve a wider range of levels and roles.

Unlike many freelance teaching positions, you will not be expected to find your own students or build courses from scratch. HYE handles client acquisition, assessment and programme design, and provides personalised digital learning resources for each participant.

Your focus is on delivering excellent live teaching and helping learners make measurable progress.

What we're looking for

Applicants must:

• Be a Saudi national
• Hold a CELTA qualification or equivalent recognised practical ELT qualification
• Have an excellent command of English
• Have a thorough knowledge of English grammar and Business English
• Be an experienced and confident online teacher
• Be highly organised, punctual and dependable
• Be able to adapt lessons to the professional situations learners actually face
• Have a professional manner suitable for working with corporate clients and senior professionals
• Have a reliable internet connection and professional online teaching setup

DELTA, DipTESOL, MA TESOL/Applied Linguistics and significant corporate or Business English experience are particularly welcome.

Pay and working arrangements

SAR 110 per live teaching hour.

This is a freelance, remote position with flexible hours. There is no guaranteed minimum number of teaching hours; work will be offered according to client demand, teacher availability and suitability for individual programmes.

HYE provides the clients and designs the learning programmes, so preparation and administration requirements are deliberately kept low.

Selection process

We're deliberately setting a high standard for this faculty.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an initial online interview, followed by a short observed online teaching task. We'll be looking not only at qualifications and experience, but at teaching quality, Business English knowledge, grammar knowledge, online delivery, professionalism and reliability.

Successful candidates will receive onboarding in the HYE approach before being matched with clients.
