Job Purpose:

Driving store-level sales performance, customer experience, and team capability through on-ground coaching, real-time training, and field execution, ensuring consistent delivery of Fakeeh Vision standards, effective utilization of POS systems, and full compliance with insurance policies, while achieving commercial targets and protecting revenue integrity. Design, plan, and implement comprehensive training programs to develop employee skills, enhance performance, and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct regular store visits delivering hands-on coaching and live training.                
• Train teams on customer journeys, sales techniques, and product knowledge.                
• Provide real-time feedback during customer interactions to improve performance.                
• Improve conversion, ATV, and product mix through direct coaching.                 
• Support stores in achieving sales targets and closing performance gaps.                 
• Reinforce upselling and cross-selling behaviors.                
• Develop practical training tracks for all stores.                 
• Build team capabilities in selling, product knowledge, and service.                
• Support onboarding and continuous skill development.                
• Track KPIs (sales, conversion, category performance).                 
• Analyze performance and identify gaps.                 
• Translate insights into clear store-level action plans.                
• Develop managers in leadership and daily performance management.                 
• Support sales tracking, target achievement, and team follow-up.                 
• Strengthening accountability and decision-making.                
• Align training with real store and customer challenges.                 
• Provide feedback to Operations and Merchandising on gaps.                 
• Ensure execution of operational priorities in stores.                
• Deliver short, practical, and impactful training sessions.                
• Apply “learn → apply → follow-up” approach in stores.                 
• Ensure consistency of training across all locations.                
• Identify recurring issues in sales, service, and operations.                 
• Recommend and implement immediate corrective actions.                
• Support continuous performance improvement.                
• Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.                 
• Maintain operational and healthcare compliance.                 
• Monitor compliance during store visits and coaching.                
• Train teams on accurate POS usage (sales, discounts, returns).                
• Ensure proper reconciliation, reporting, and system compliance.                 
• Eliminate manual workarounds and reduce billing errors.                
• Train teams on Wassel / NPHIES processes and requirements.                 
• Ensure accurate data entry, approvals, and policy adherence.                 
• Reduce claim rejections and prevent revenue loss.                
• Promote a performance-driven and sales-focused culture.                 
• Encourage accountability, ownership, and teamwork.                 
• Support continuous learning and development mindset.                
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong retail sales coaching skills 
• Deep understanding of optical retail operations 
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and retail controls 
• Understanding of insurance workflows (Waseel / NPHIES) 
• Ability to influence behavior and drive performance 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years in optical retail operations / sales / training

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Optics or related field

Language:

• Good communicator in English & Arabic 

Licenses / Certifications:

• Saudi Commission for Health Specialist (SCFHS).
