شركة Tamimi Commercial تعلن عن وظيفة منسق مستودع في منطقة الرياض. يتحمل شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية استلام وتخزين البضائع والمواد في مستودع الشركة، بالإضافة إلى تحميل هذه العناصر وتوصيلها لمستودعات العملاء بالتنسيق مع الناقل المعتمد، ويتطلب العمل استخدام الرافعات الشوكية ومعدات المستودع الأخرى.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ترتيب واستغلال مساحة المستودع لاستلام وتخزين المنتجات والمواد الواردة.
  • استلام المواد الواردة والتأكد من الحصول على جميع الوثائق المطلوبة.
  • تحميل وتنزيل ومعالجة المواد والمنتجات الواردة باستخدام الرافعات الشوكية ومعدات النقل والمستودع الأخرى، وتخزينها في المكان المناسب.
  • التحقق من العناصر الواردة مقابل رقم الفاتورة والكمية والمستندات الأخرى ذات الصلة.
  • تقديم إيصالات استلام البضائع إلى مشرف المستودع.
  • توصيل ونقل المواد والمنتجات المخزنة إلى مستودعات العملاء بالتنسيق مع الناقل المعتمد.
  • طلب إيصال طلب التسليم (DRR) / مذكرات التسليم من العملاء وتسليمها إلى قسم المحاسبة.
  • ضمان جاهزية الرافعات الشوكية ومعدات وأدوات المستودع للتشغيل يومياً.
  • المساعدة في إعداد التقارير الدورية لمعاملات المستودع.
  • المساعدة في حل المشكلات التشغيلية اليومية للمستودع.
  • أداء المهام الأخرى ذات الصلة أو التكليفات حسب التوجيه.
  • تخزين المخزون بشكل منظم، مع تحديد مواقع التخزين (local tons) حسب المواقع.
  • إكمال جرد المخزون وفقاً لتوجيهات الصيانة الوقائية (5cm).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • يفضل أن يكون حاصلاً على شهادة في سلسلة التوريد أو مؤهل ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة كحد أدنى في العمل في المستودعات.

The jobholder is responsible for receiving and storing goods and materials at company's warehouse. Also, he is responsible for uploading these items and delivering them to customer’s warehouses in coordination with assigned shipper. The work involves using forklift trucks and other warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Arranges and utilizes warehouse space to receive and store incoming products and materials.


  • Receives incoming materials and ensures that all documentation required is obtained.


  • Uploads, downloads and handles the incoming materials and products by using forklift trucks and other movement & warehouse equipment's and stores same in the appropriate place.


  • Checks the incoming items against invoice number, quantity and other related documentations.


  • Submits goods receipts to warehouse supervisor.


  • Delivers and transfers stored material and products to customers' warehouses in coordination with assigned shipper.


  • Requests DRR (Delivery Request and Receipt) /Delivery notes from customers and delivers them to the accounting department.


  • Ensures that forklifts and warehouse equipment and tools are ready to be operated on daily bases.


  • Assists in preparing periodical reports for warehouse transactions.


  • Assists in solving daily warehouse operational problems.
  • Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
  • Stores inventory organized, with storage local tons in locations.
  • Completes inventory counts as per 5cm directive.






Requirements

Requirements :

Preferably supply chain graduate or a related qualification.

Proven experience of 1 year minimum as a warehouse.
