We are seeking an experienced On-Site RSA Archer Engineer to manage, maintain, and support the RSA Archer Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform for a premier financial institution in Saudi Arabia. The platform is fully upgraded and configured across Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) functions. You will be responsible for day-to-day administration, platform health, custom configurations, workflow optimizations, and ongoing operational enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Administration & Health: Perform daily technical administration, performance tuning, health monitoring, and system maintenance.
• Configuration & Enhancements: Build and modify applications, forms, questionnaires, data feeds, and advanced workflows to support ERM and BCM process automation.
• User & Access Management: Manage access control, roles, user permissions, and security parameters.
• Troubleshooting & Escalation: Provide rapid issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and vendor support escalation for platform bugs or performance bottlenecks.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain clear technical documentation for all platform configurations, workflow logic, and administrative changes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven hands-on technical experience in administering and configuring the RSA Archer IRM platform.
• Deep functional expertise in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) modules.
• Strong track record of working within financial institutions or highly regulated environments.
• RSA Archer certifications are strongly preferred.
• Excellent technical documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Based in or willing to work full-time on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
