ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Jeddah. We are looking for a candidate with strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to professional growth.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Record and maintain accurate daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and periodic financial reports.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Issue customer invoices and follow up on collections.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
• Support budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial documentation.
• Assist with audit requirements and statutory reporting when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of accounting experience.
• Previous experience in Real Estate Development and/or Facilities Management is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of VAT regulations and Saudi accounting practices is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
