Role Description The Massage Practitioner will provide professional massage services to clients, focusing on therapeutic treatment and overall well-being in an on-site setting in Riyadh. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, assessing individual needs, and delivering appropriate massage techniques while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The role involves preparing treatment rooms, documenting sessions as required, and collaborating with other healthcare or wellness professionals to support integrated care. The practitioner will also educate clients on aftercare, relaxation techniques, and general wellness practices. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring consistent presence during scheduled working hours.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Medical Massage and Therapeutic Massage to address specific health concerns and support rehabilitation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Body Massage and Shiatsu to provide relaxation, stress relief, and holistic wellness treatments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Treatment planning and execution, including assessing client needs and tailoring massage techniques accordingly.
• Recognized certification or diploma in massage therapy or a related field, with valid license/registration as required by local regulations.
• Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and contraindications to ensure safe and effective practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build trust and maintain client confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a clinical or wellness setting, follow organizational protocols, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Previous experience in medical, spa, or wellness environments in the Middle East is an advantage; fluency in English is required, and Arabic language skills are beneficial.
