تعلن شركة معادن عن توفر وظيفة شاغرة بمسمى أخصائي السلامة والصحة المهنية (HSE) في مدينة الدويد بالحدود الشمالية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق وتقييم المخاطر والظروف غير الآمنة في مواقع المناجم.
- مراقبة امتثال الموظفين لقواعد وأنظمة السلامة في المنجم وتقديم تقارير مكتوبة عن المخالفات.
- التحقيق في جميع الحوادث (بما في ذلك الإصابات والحوادث غير المؤدية لإصابات) وتحديد العوامل المسببة وتقديم التوصيات إلى رؤساء الأقسام المعنيين.
- ضمان إلمام موظفي المقاولين بلوائح السلامة والبيئة الخاصة بالشركة ومتابعة الامتثال الكامل.
- تسجيل ودراسة إحصائيات الحوادث واقتراح الإجراءات اللازمة لتحسين أداء السلامة وتقليل وقوع الحوادث، وتوزيع مواد ورسائل التوعية بالسلامة لتعزيز الوعي لدى جميع الموظفين.
- تمثيل قسم السلامة في اجتماعات لجان السلامة والمشاركة في عمليات فرق الطوارئ عند الحاجة.
- التنسيق مع المراجعة الداخلية (الشؤون المالية) بخصوص جميع الحوادث، خاصة حوادث تلف المعدات والممتلكات التي تخضع لمطالبات التأمين.
- إعداد تقارير السلامة الأسبوعية والشهرية وتقديمها إلى الجهات المعنية.
- مراقبة مواقع المناجم بخصوص أي مسائل تتعلق بالسلامة (قائمة أو جديدة) وأي مهام جديدة ذات صلة، والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة للمسؤولين عند وقوع أي حوادث أو مخالفات.
- التعاون مع المشرفين العامين والمشرفين لتقييم مشكلات السلامة المحتملة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- وضع استراتيجية لثقافة السلامة في موقع المنجم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة التعدين أو الهندسة الكيميائية أو تخصص تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في هندسة السلامة، ويفضل في مجال التعدين أو صناعة النفط والغاز.
- القدرة على إظهار قيم شركة معادن في جميع المهام المتعلقة بالعمل (النزاهة، الرعاية، الملكية، العمل الجماعي، التحسين المستمر).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا).
- مهارات التفاوض.
- إدارة مشاريع السلامة.
- الجوانب الفنية في مجال السلامة.

Key Accountabilities
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
B.A. or B.Sc. in Mining, Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline
Minimum Experience
Three (3) to Five (5) years safety engineering experience, preferably in the mining or oil and gas industries.

Key Accountabilities
- Carries out inspections, audits and assessments of hazards and unsafe conditions at mine sites. Observes compliance by employees to the mine’s safety rules & regulations and submits written reports on violations accordingly
- Investigates all injury and non-injury accidents and determine the causal factors and submit established recommendations to concerned department heads
- Ensures that contractors’ employees are cognizant with company safety regulations/procedures, environmental regulations and follows up to assure full compliance
- Records & study accident statistics & proposes essential actions to enhance safety performance and minimize occurrences of accidents. Initiate distributions of safety communications materials, letters as part of general safety promotions to enhance safety consciousness of all employees
- Represents safety section in committees’ safety meetings and takes part in emergency teams operations as required
- Coordinates with Internal Audit (Finance) all incidents particularly equipment and property damage that are subject for insurance claims
- Prepares weekly & monthly safety reports and submits to key personnel concerned
- Monitors mine sites with respect to any matters relating to safety, existing or new, as well as any new tasks relative to these issues and recommend necessary corrective actions to responsible personnel when any incidents or violations occur
- Together with general foremen and superintendents, assesses potential safety problems and implements corrective actions.
- Establishes a safety culture strategy for the mine site.
