• Role Description The Country Manager provides strategic leadership, executive oversight, and full P&L accountability for all business operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This high-profile role focuses on scaling the corporate footprint, ensuring flawless service delivery to Saudi Aramco, and maintaining strict regulatory compliance in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. This position is for Saudi National Only.

• Key Responsibilities

Executive Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute the country-specific strategic plan to maximize profitability, market share, and asset utilization.

• Own the full KSA Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets, and financial forecasting.

• Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR. • Cultivate a high-performance safety culture achieving Zero Total Recordable Incident Rates (TRIR).

Aramco Relationship & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary executive-level liaison for Saudi Aramco VP-level stakeholders, procurement heads, and technical committees.

• Secure long-term corporate agreements, Long-Term Agreements (LTAs), and blanket purchase orders.

• Act as the ultimate escalation point for operational bottleneck resolutions or contract disputes with Aramco.

• Position the company as a strategic technology partner for Aramco’s mega-projects (e.g., Marjan, Berri, Jafurah).

Nationalization & Local Content (IKTVA)

• Champion the corporate In-Kingdom Total Value Add (IKTVA) strategy to maintain a high scoring tier.

• Oversee local manufacturing expansion, domestic supply chain sourcing, and technology transfer initiatives.

• Drive aggressive Saudization targets across engineering, field operations, and executive leadership roles. • Ensure full compliance with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) regulations.

Operations & Risk Management

• Oversee manufacturing facilities, workshop operations, and field service deployment hubs.

• Mitigate legal, commercial, and operational risks by reviewing high-value contract terms and conditions. • Guarantee absolute adherence to local environmental policies and Saudi Aramco safety management systems.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance; an MBA is highly desirable.

• Experience: 15+ years in the Oil & Gas service sector, with 5+ years in a senior executive role (P&L owner) in KSA.

• Track Record: Proven success navigating Aramco’s corporate structure, contracting committees, and local joint ventures.

• Network: Established relationships with Saudi Aramco executives, Ministry officials, and major Tier-1 EPC contractors.

Skills & Competencies

• Language: Native or professional bilingual fluency in both Arabic and English is strongly preferred.

• Financial Acumen: Advanced expertise in corporate finance, project accounting, cost optimization, and tax compliance (ZATCA).

• Leadership: Strong cross-cultural management skills with experience leading teams of 100+ employees.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the Eastern Province, Riyadh, and international corporate headquarters.
