Colada هي شركة متخصصة في قطاع الأغذية تهدف إلى تسهيل اكتشاف الوجبات من خلال تجارب سهلة وجذابة ومريحة. نبحث عن أخصائي عمليات (Operation Specialist) للعمل عن بُعد، على أن يكون مقر الشركة في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم وتحسين الأنشطة التشغيلية اليومية في المؤسسة.
- تنسيق سير العمل وتتبّع الطلبات والعمليات لضمان استيفاء معايير الخدمة.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لتبسيط العمليات وحل المشكلات وتنفيذ تحسينات العمليات.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء وإدارة الوثائق والمساعدة في تنفيذ المشاريع.
- تقديم دعم الاتصالات الداخلية لإبقاء أصحاب المصلحة على اطلاع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية قوية لتحليل البيانات وتحديد الاتجاهات ودعم اتخاذ القرارات.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة للتعاون مع أعضاء الفريق والشركاء وأصحاب المصلحة في بيئة عن بُعد.
- مهارات مرتبطة بالمبيعات لفهم احتياجات العملاء ودعم الأنشطة المدرّة للإيرادات والمساهمة في النمو.
- مهارات إدارة العمليات للإشراف على العمليات والحفاظ على معايير الجودة وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.
- مهارات إدارة المشاريع لتخطيط المبادرات وتنسيقها وتتبّعها من البداية إلى الإنجاز.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية، الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والقدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
- راحة في استخدام الأدوات الرقمية ومنصات التعاون عن بُعد وبرامج إعداد التقارير الأساسية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة ذات صلة في قطاع الأغذية أو الضيافة أو التجارة الإلكترونية (ميزة إضافية).
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو العمليات أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
