نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذا المنصب مسؤول عن تقديم الدعم الهندسي لمشاريع وأوامر البيع عبر خطوط منتجات الصمامات والمشغلات. تشمل المهام الملكية الكاملة لأنشطة الهندسة الخاصة بالطلبات، والتعاون الوثيق مع فرق الهندسة العالمية والتصنيع والمبيعات والعمليات، وضمان أن الحلول تلبي متطلبات العميل والجودة والمعايير الصناعية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم الهندسي لطلبات العملاء، بما في ذلك تصميم وتعديل وتوثيق حلول الصمامات والمشغلات.
- تطوير وصيانة المخرجات الهندسية مثل النماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد والرسومات المتكاملة وقوائم المواد والوثائق الفنية باستخدام بيئة CAD ثلاثية الأبعاد.
- تفسير مواصفات العملاء وأوراق البيانات والمعايير والقوانين الدولية المعمول بها لضمان تصاميم متوافقة ومحسّنة.
- تحديد فلسفات التشغيل الآلي والأتمتة لمختلف تطبيقات الصمامات، بما يتوافق مع متطلبات العميل والمشروع.
- دعم الاستفسارات الفنية من فرق المبيعات وعروض الأسعار وإدارة الطلبات طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- التعاون مع فرق التصنيع وسلسلة التوريد والخدمات لدعم أنشطة الإنتاج والمشتريات والميدان.
- إعداد رسومات العملاء ومخططات الأسلاك والمخططات التوضيحية ووثائق التصنيع للاستخدام الداخلي وتقديمها للعميل.
- مراجعة واعتماد الرسومات الداخلية ورسومات الموردين، والتوصية بالتحسينات لتعزيز الجودة والكفاءة والفعالية من حيث التكلفة.
- الحفاظ على دقة الوثائق الهندسية، بما في ذلك المراجعات وإشعارات التغيير وتحديثات الطلبات، وفقاً لأنظمة الجودة.
- المساهمة في التحسين المستمر من خلال تعلم منتجات وتطبيقات وممارسات هندسية جديدة.
- الالتزام بسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة التي تضعها المؤسسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية أو مؤهل معادل في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة الأجهزة والتحكم.
- خبرة في الهندسة المنتجية أو هندسة الطلبات في مجال الصمامات أو المشغلات أو الأتمتة الصناعية.
- معرفة عملية بالتطبيقات الهوائية والهيدروليكية.
- خبرة في استخدام أدوات CAD ثلاثية الأبعاد للتصميم والتوثيق الهندسي.
- فهم الرسومات الهندسية والتسامح الهندسي ووثائق العمليات.
- القدرة على التواصل الفعال باللغة الإنجليزية في بيئة هندسية مهنية.

This position is responsible for delivering engineering support for project and sales orders across valve and actuation product lines. - Provide engineering support for customer orders, including design, modification, and documentation of valve and actuation solutions.
- Develop and maintain engineering deliverables such as 3D models, integrated drawings, bills of materials, and technical documents using a 3D CAD environment.
- Interpret customer specifications, datasheets, and applicable international codes and standards to ensure compliant and optimized designs.
- Define automation and actuation philosophies for various valve applications, aligned with customer and project requirements.
- Support technical queries from sales, quotation, and order management teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and service teams to support production, procurement, and field activities.
- Prepare customer drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturing documentation for internal use and customer submission.
- Review and approve internal and supplier drawings, recommending improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation, including revisions, change notices, and order updates, in line with quality systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by learning new products, applications, and engineering practices.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience in product or order engineering within the valve, actuation, or industrial automation domain.
- Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic applications.
- Experience using 3D CAD tools for engineering design and documentation.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, geometric tolerancing, and process documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in a professional engineering environment.
- Product knowledge related to butterfly valves, ball valves, and actuator systems.
- Familiarity with international valve standards and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems and structured engineering workflows.
- Exposure to multi‑regional or global engineering collaboration.
