تعلن شركة Flowserve Corporation عن توفر وظيفة مهندس مراقبة جودة (Pump E&I QC Engineer) في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستقوم بإجراء عمليات الفحص الموثقة للتحقق من مطابقة الأجزاء للمخططات والإجراءات والمواصفات والمتطلبات التنظيمية، مع التركيز على صناعة المضخات والمعدات المثبتة على السكيد.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد وتحديد متطلبات الفحص والاختبار للمشاريع المطلوبة مثل خطة فحص الاختبار (ITP) ومواصفات المشتريات.
  • حضور أنشطة الفحص / التسريع حسب الإشعار.
  • رئاسة اجتماع ما قبل الفحص (PIM).
  • تنفيذ أنشطة الجودة على المعدات / المواد المصنعة وفقًا لـ ITP والإجراءات المعتمدة.
  • مراجعة واعتماد تقارير الاختبار / السجلات من الموردين (IRB، MDRB).
  • إعداد تقارير الفحص / تقارير التسريع.
  • إجراء الفحص المكتبي والميداني للتسريع.
  • مراجعة والتحقق من قوائم النقاط غير المكتملة / حالات عدم المطابقة.
  • إصدار شهادات الإفراج عن الفحص عند الضرورة.
  • إعداد تقارير تصرف الفحص (IDR).
  • التنسيق مع منسق المشروع والعميل والموردين وموظفي الجودة لتنفيذ المهام بشكل صحيح.
  • إجراء فحص المصادر للمعدات الكهربائية مثل المحركات وأنظمة LOS والمشاركة في اختبار القبول النهائي (FAT).
  • أي مهام أخرى تُسند إليه.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة مع 3-5 سنوات خبرة ذات صلة في بيئة تصنيع المضخات OEM و/أو المعدات المثبتة على السكيد.
  • الإلمام بمتطلبات معايير أرامكو السعودية مثل 34-SAMSS-831/711، 611، SA-8020-831، 17-SAMSS-502، 503، 515 و IR-340200 & IR-173700.
  • حمل مؤهلات QM01, QM02, QM21 & QM36 (ميزة إضافية).
  • معرفة بمعايير NEMA، NFPA 70E، NFPA 72، IEC، NEC، IEEE وغيرها.
  • معرفة بمعدات الفحص المستخدمة عادة في تجميع المضخات والأجهزة واختبارها وملحقاتها.
  • شهادة مدقق داخلي / رئيسي معتمد ISO 9001:2015.
  • معرفة بمعايير الجودة المعتمدة والقوانين واللوائح الوطنية والدولية.

Role Summary

In this role you will perform documented inspections in the verification of conformance of parts to applicable drawings, procedures, specifications, and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The E&I QC Engineer is responsible for the content of the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and project quality plan according to customer’s and Flowserve’s specifications and international standards. Besides, the Quality Engineer is responsible for defining, advising, and controlling all project required QC documents. The right candidate should have direct experience in Pump's OEM and/or skid mounted equipment manufacturing industry. The E&I QC Engineer reports directly to the Quality Supervisor.

Your Role

  • Preparing and defining test and inspection requirements for the required projects such as ITP and procurement specifications.
  • Attend inspection / expediting activities according to notification
  • Preside Pre-Inspection Meeting (PIM)
  • Implement quality activities on manufactured equipment/materials as per approved ITP / Procedures
  • Review and endorsement of vendor / manufacturer test reports/records (IRB, MDRB)
  • Preparation of Inspection Reports / Expediting Reports
  • Conducts shop and desk expediting
  • Review and verify punch list / non conformances
  • Issue Inspection Release Certificates whenever it is necessary
  • Prepares Inspection Disposition Reports (IDR)
  • Coordination with project coordinator, client, vendor and quality personnel for proper execution of assignment
  • Perform sourcing inspection for electrical equipment such as Motors, LOS and participate in FAT.
  • And any other duties assigned

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's in Engineering with 3-5 years relevant experience in Pump OEM and/or skid mounted equipment manufacturing environment.
  • Must be conversant with Saudi Aramco Standards requirements i.e. 34-SAMSS-831/711, 611, SA-8020-831, 17-SAMSS-502, 503, 515 and IR-340200 & IR-173700
  • Holding QM01, QM02, QM21 & QM36 qualifications is advantage
  • Must have knowledge with NEMA, NFPA 70E, NFPA 72, IEC, NEC, IEEE etc. standards
  • Must have knowledge of inspection equipment generally found in pump skids and instrumentation assembly and test operations and associated accessories.
  • Certified internal/Lead Auditor 9001:2015.
  • Knowledge of the established quality standards, laws and regulations of national and international standards.
  • Flexible, eager to learn, accurate, analytical with positive, can-do attitude.
