My client is a leading international contractor currently working on the construction of a major stadium for the upcoming FIFA world cup. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Cost Controller. The role will include the following;

• Develop and maintain project cost control systems, procedures, and reporting structures.
• Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets and identify cost variances.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, cost-to-complete analyses, and financial performance indicators.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, construction, and commercial teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.
• Analyze project productivity, resource utilization, and cost trends.
• Support contract administration by monitoring commitments, variations, claims, and subcontractor costs.
• Review and validate progress measurements and their impact on project financial performance.
• Provide management with timely forecasts of final project costs and potential risks or opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and financial control procedures.

Candidates should have a degree in engineering, quantity surveying or similar but must have at least 10 years experience working as a cost estimator working on complex building, civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
