Position Title: Payroll Specialist

Job Location: Riyadh, KSA.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
• Review attendance, overtime, leave balances, deductions, and payroll adjustments.
• Ensure payroll data is accurate, updated, and properly maintained.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams on employee data changes affecting payroll.
• Prepare payroll reports and support monthly reconciliation.
• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, salaries, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and payroll procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll-related information.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in payroll processing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
