المهام والمسؤوليات
- نقل الركاب بأمان من وإلى المواقع المحددة، واتباع المسارات والجداول الزمنية المُسندة.
- إجراء فحوصات ما قبل الرحلة وما بعد الرحلة على المركبة، ومراقبة حالتها، والإبلاغ عن أي احتياجات صيانة.
- ممارسة القيادة الدفاعية (Defensive Driving)، والامتثال لقوانين المرور وسياسات السلامة الخاصة بالشركة، وضمان نظافة وترتيب الجزء الداخلي للحافلة.
- مساعدة الركاب عند الصعود والنزول عند الحاجة، والتواصل بوضوح ولطف، والاستجابة بشكل مناسب لأي حوادث أو حالات طارئة أثناء النقل.
- الحفاظ على سجلات رحلات دقيقة، وسجلات، وأي وثائق مطلوبة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قيادة قوية مع خبرة في تشغيل الحافلات (Bus operation)، ويفضّل خبرة في قيادة الشاحنات (Truck Driving) للمركبات الأكبر حجماً.
- مهارات مثبتة في القيادة الدفاعية (Defensive Driving) وسجل سلامة موثوق، مع التركيز على الوعي بالمخاطر ومنع الحوادث.
- خبرة سابقة في تدريب السائقين (Driver Training) أو الاستعداد للمشاركة في تدريب مستمر للحفاظ على كفاءات القيادة وتحسينها.
- مهارات خدمة العملاء (Customer Service)، بما في ذلك التفاعل المهذب والصبر والتواصل الواضح مع الركاب والزملاء.
- رخصة قيادة سارية ومناسبة لتشغيل الحافلات في الجهة المختصة، مع سجل قيادة نظيف.
- القدرة على قراءة واتباع المسارات والجداول الزمنية والتعليمات الأساسية المكتوبة باللغة الإنجليزية (المهارات اللغوية الإضافية ميزة إضافية).
- القدرة البدنية على الجلوس لفترات طويلة، ومساعدة الركاب عند الحاجة، وإجراء الفحوصات الأساسية للمركبة.

The Bus Driver will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations, following assigned routes and schedules. Daily tasks include conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, monitoring vehicle condition, and reporting any maintenance needs. The role involves practicing defensive driving, complying with traffic laws and company safety policies, and ensuring a clean and orderly bus interior. The Bus Driver will assist passengers with boarding and exiting when needed, provide clear and courteous communication, and respond appropriately to any incidents or emergencies during transit. The position also requires maintaining accurate trip records, logs, and any required documentation.

Qualifications
- Strong driving skills with experience in Bus operation and, ideally, Truck Driving for larger vehicles.
- Proven Defensive Driving skills and a solid safety record, with a focus on risk awareness and accident prevention.
- Background in Driver Training or willingness to participate in ongoing training to maintain and improve driving competencies.
- Customer Service skills, including courteous interaction, patience, and clear communication with passengers and colleagues.
- Valid and appropriate driving license for bus operation in the relevant jurisdiction, with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read and follow routes, schedules, and basic written instructions in English (additional language skills are an advantage).
- Physical ability to sit for extended periods, assist passengers as needed, and perform basic vehicle checks.
- Previous experience as a professional driver, particularly in passenger transport, is preferred.
