Role Description The Training Manager (مدير تدريب) is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs. Day-to-day tasks include designing training plans, coordinating schedules, managing trainers and training resources, and ensuring that courses meet accreditation and quality standards. The role involves monitoring training performance, analyzing feedback, and updating content to align with market needs and client requirements. The Training Manager collaborates with internal teams and external partners, supports marketing and business development efforts for training programs, and prepares regular reports on training outcomes and center performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in training program design, curriculum development, and instructional planning, with the ability to align offerings to labor market needs.
- Experience in training operations management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with trainers and participants.
- Ability to monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, analyze feedback and performance data, and implement improvements.
- Competence in stakeholder communication and relationship management with clients, accrediting bodies, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of professional training sectors such as project management, business administration, HR, safety, engineering, IT, finance, quality, or supply chain is highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in a training center, academy, or corporate learning environment, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, human resources, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in training or learning and development are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Arabic and good command of English, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
