المهام والمسؤوليات
- امتلاك خارطة طريق المنتج بالكامل لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط، بما يتوافق مع أولويات المنصة على مستوى الشركة والنمو الإقليمي.
- تحديد رؤية المنتج ونطاقه ومقاييس النجاح لقدرات الحفظ في منطقة MENA، بما في ذلك الإعداد والتسوية والحفظ وإجراءات الشركات والتقارير.
- العمل كواجهة المنتج الأساسية مع البنية التحتية للسوق المحلي والجهات التنظيمية.
- ترجمة المتطلبات التنظيمية والعضوية والفنية المحلية إلى خطط منتج وتنفيذ واضحة.
- التعاون مع فرق الشؤون القانونية والامتثال والمخاطر لضمان الامتثال التنظيمي المستمر وإدارة التغيير.
- العمل مع فرق الهندسة والتشغيل عبر المنصة لترجمة المتطلبات إلى أولويات متراكمة ومعالم تسليم واضحة.
- دعم التخطيط الربعي بتوضيح القدرات والتبعيات والمخاطر.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين عبر المؤسسة بما في ذلك الفرق التجارية لمواءمة طلب العملاء مع القدرات.
- دمج ملاحظات العملاء والسوق في تحسينات المنتج وتطوير خارطة الطريق.
- التواصل بوضوح حول حالة المنتج والمخاطر والتبعيات مع أصحاب المصلحة التنفيذيين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في إدارة المنتجات في مجالات الحفظ أو خدمات الأوراق المالية أو مجالات ما بعد التداول.
- خبرة مباشرة في أسواق رأس المال في منطقة MENA، أو نماذج الحفظ، أو البنية التحتية للسوق.
- فهم قوي لنماذج تشغيل الحفظ، وتدفقات التسوية، وخدمة الأصول، والاتصال بالسوق.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع الجهات التنظيمية أو مرافق السوق.
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة التسليم المعقد متعدد الوظائف في بيئات منظمة.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Product Manager to join our Custody team. This role is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the end‑to‑end product roadmap for the middle east, aligned to firm‑wide platform and regional growth priorities
- Define product vision, scope, and success metrics for MENA custody capabilities, including onboarding, settlement, safekeeping, corporate actions, and reporting
- Act as the primary product interface with local market infrastructure and regulators
- Translate local regulatory, membership, and technical requirements into clear product and delivery plans
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure ongoing regulatory adherence and change management
- Work with cross‑platform engineering and operations teams to translate requirements into prioritized backlogs and delivery milestones
- Support quarterly planning with clear capacity, dependency, and risk articulation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Enterprise including Commercial teams to align client demand to capabilities
- Incorporate client and market feedback into product enhancements and roadmap evolution
- Clearly communicate product status, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders
- Product management experience in custody, securities services, or post‑trade domains
- Direct experience with MENA capital markets, custody models, or market infrastructure
- Strong understanding of custody operating models, settlement flows, asset servicing, and market connectivity
- Proven experience working with regulators, or market utilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross‑functional delivery in regulated environments
