تعلن شركة Avanceon Middle East & South Asia عن توفر وظيفة مهندس تصميم CAD لأنظمة النقل الذكية (ITS) في الرياض، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير رسومات تخطيطية داخلية دقيقة للخزانات، وتحديد مواقع المكونات وتوزيع القضبان الكهربائية لخزانات الشبكات الجانبية وخزانات التحكم.
- إعداد مخططات توصيلات داخلية للخزانات، وتوزيع الطاقة (تيار متردد/مستمر)، وترتيبات الحماية من التيار الزائد، وتصميم أنظمة التبريد والتهوية.
- إعداد رسومات ثنائية وثلاثية الأبعاد لهياكل المعدات على الجسور (gantries) والأذرع المعلقة والأعمدة الجانبية التي تحمل رادارات السرعة وكاميرات ANPR ولوحات الرسائل المتغيرة (VMS).
- إنشاء رسومات توصيلات كهربائية دقيقة، وتركيبات حلقات الاستشعار (loop detectors)، وتخطيطات الواجهة المادية بين الحقل والخزانات.
- تصميم شبكات الكابلات المهيكلة، ومسارات الألياف البصرية، وطوبولوجيا الشبكات المحلية التي تربط معدات الحقل بمفاتيح الطرق الجانبية ومراكز التحكم.
- إعداد رسومات مسارات الأنابيب تحت الأرض، ومقاطع الخنادق، ومسارات حماية الكابلات مع إدارة اكتشاف التعارض مع الأعمال المدنية والمرافق.
- تكييف التصاميم لتناسب الظروف الصحراوية القاسية، مع تضمين معدلات الحماية من الدخول (IP65/IP66) ومقاييس مقاومة الحرارة.
- إدارة التعديلات الهندسية (red-lines)، وتنسيق طبقات الرسومات، وتقديم حزم تسليم شاملة (As-Built) وقوائم المواد (BOM).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في الرسم باستخدام CAD، منها سنتان أو أكثر في مشاريع أنظمة النقل الذكية (ITS) أو البنية التحتية للطرق السريعة أو أنظمة إنفاذ المرور (يفضل خبرة في دول الخليج/السعودية).
- إتقان برنامج AutoCAD أو MicroStation، ومعرفة بـ Civil 3D أو سير عمل BIM تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- فهم قوي لمعدات الشبكات الصناعية (المفاتيح المدارة، محولات الوسائط)، والوسائط المادية (الألياف، النحاس)، وأساسيات بروتوكولات الاتصال (Ethernet, Serial, RS-485, NTCIP).
- معرفة عملية بمدونة الطرق السعودية (SRC) ومتطلبات طهكاوم ومعايير هيئة النقل السعودية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى مهني، وتعتبر مهارات التواصل باللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- العمل الجماعي متعدد التخصصات: القدرة على التعاون بسلاسة ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات ومواءمة مخرجات الرسم مع احتياجات المهندسين المدنيين والكهربائيين وشبكات البيانات.
- إدارة الوقت والتسليم: مهارات تنظيمية قوية لإدارة مواعيد التصميم المتداخلة والجداول الزمنية المتسارعة للمشاريع.
- حل المشكلات التحليلي: عقلية استباقية لتحديد أخطاء تخطيط الهندسة وحل التعارضات المادية وتقديم حلول رسم عملية.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل: دقة متناهية في فحص طبقات الرسومات والمقياس والملاحظات والمخططات لتقليل الأخطاء الميدانية.
- التكيف والمرونة: القدرة على العمل بكفاءة تحت الضغط والتكيف بسهولة مع التعديلات التصميمية المتكررة من العملاء أو الاستشاريين.

Key Responsibilities
- Cabinet Internal Design: Develop detailed internal layout drawings, component placement, and rail configurations for roadside networking cabinets and control cabinets.
- Power & Signal Distribution: Draft internal cabinet wiring schematics, power distribution layouts (AC/DC), surge protection arrangements, and cooling/ventilation system designs.
- System Design & Layouts: Draft 2D/3D structural equipment layouts for highway gantries, cantilevers, and roadside poles housing speed radars, ANPR cameras, and Variable Message Signs (VMS).
- Instrumentation Hook-Ups: Create precise electrical termination drawings, loop detector installations, and physical field-to-cabinet interface layouts.
- Network & Fiber Mapping: Design structured cabling, fiber optic routing, and localized network topologies connecting field equipment to roadside switches and control centers.
- Infrastructure Containment: Draft underground conduit layouts, trenching cross-sections, and cable containment paths while managing civil/utility clash detection.
- Environmental Optimization: Adapt design sheets to accommodate harsh desert conditions, incorporating specific ingress protection (IP65/IP66) and heat-resilience metrics.
- Documentation Control: Manage engineering red-lines, coordinate drawing layers, and deliver precise As-Built packages and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Hard Skills & Technical Knowledge:
- Experience: 3-5 years of CAD drafting experience, with 2+ years dedicated to ITS, highway infrastructure, or traffic enforcement projects (GCC/KSA experience highly preferred).
- Software: Expert command of AutoCAD or MicroStation. Exposure to Civil 3D or BIM workflows is an advantage.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial networking hardware (managed switches, media converters), physical media (fiber, copper), and basic protocol architectures (Ethernet, Serial, RS-485, NTCIP).
- Standards & Compliance: Solid working knowledge of the Saudi Road Code (SRC), Tahakom requirements, and KSA transport authority standards.
- Language: Professional English proficiency is required; Arabic communication skills are a plus.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Ability to collaborate seamlessly within a multi-disciplinary team, aligning drafting outputs with the needs of civil, electrical, and network engineers.
- Time Management & Delivery: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple overlapping design deadlines and fast-tracked project schedules effectively.
