Promo Digital Advertising Co. هي شبكة إعلانات رقمية خارجية (DOOH) متميزة في السعودية، تدير مجموعة متميزة من اللوحات الخارجية عالية الحركة وشبكات التجزئة الداخلية في المراكز التجارية والسوبرماركت. تهدف الوظيفة إلى تسريع نمو الإيرادات وإبرام صفقات إعلانية عالية القيمة عبر الشبكات الرقمية الداخلية والخارجية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تسريع نمو الإيرادات وتأمين صفقات إعلانية عالية القيمة عبر الشبكات الرقمية الداخلية والخارجية.
- استغلال قاعدة بيانات نشطة وقوية من صناع القرار في وكالات شراء الوسائط والعلامات التجارية المباشرة في السعودية أو الخليج لفتح الفرص وإغلاق حملات كبرى.
- تحويل الأصول الإعلانية الداخلية (مراكز التسوق، السوبرماركت) والخارجية إلى إيرادات محققة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مبيعات الإعلانات في قطاع الإعلانات الخارجية (OOH/DOOH) أو الإعلانات الداخلية للتجزئة في السعودية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو الاتصالات أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
- قاعدة بيانات نشطة من صناع القرار في وكالات الإعلان والعلامات التجارية في السعودية أو الخليج.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية؛ إجادة اللغة العربية ومعرفة سوق الرياض أو الخليج تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض والتفاوض، مع الثقة في مقابلة صناع القرار وتقديم حلول قائمة على القيمة.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة موجهة بالأهداف، مع إظهار المرونة والمساءلة والسلوك الأخلاقي.

Role Description The Sales Manager is responsible for accelerating revenue growth and securing high-value advertising deals across our indoor and outdoor digital media networks within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role requires a well-connected industry professional with a proven track record of converting premium indoor setups, supermarket networks, and high-impact outdoor assets into realized advertising revenue.
The successful candidate must possess an active, robust database of decision-makers within local media buying agencies and direct corporate brands in KSA or GCC, allowing them to immediately unlock opportunities and close major campaign bookings.
Qualifications
· Saudi Market Experience: Minimum 5+ years of dedicated advertising sales experience specifically within the (OOH/DOOH or indoor retail media sectors in Saudi Arabia).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with confidence in meeting with decision-makers and presenting value-driven solutions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, demonstrating resilience, accountability, and ethical conduct.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Good command of English; Arabic language skills and familiarity with the Riyadh or wider GCC market are advantageous.
