We're Hiring: Social Media Specialist

Al-Mohanna Pharmacies (صيدليات المهنا) is looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow all social media platforms
• Collaborate closely with the design team to create engaging, on-brand content
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with campaigns and store promotions
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
• Stay current with social media trends and pharmacy/retail marketing best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management within the pharmaceutical field
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, X)
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with design and content teams
• Creative eye with strong copywriting skills (Arabic required, Saudi dialect a plus)
• Good command of analytical tools, especially Excel, for tracking and reporting performance
