Splunk Engineer - L1/L2

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for Splunk Engineers (L1/L2) to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting Splunk environments, with responsibilities varying based on experience and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Splunk environments, dashboards, alerts, and system health.
• Analyze logs and security/operational events to identify issues and anomalies.
• Perform incident investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Develop and optimize Splunk searches, dashboards, reports, and alerts.
• Support data onboarding and Splunk integrations.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when required.
• Maintain documentation related to incidents, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with technical and security teams to ensure effective issue resolution.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Splunk in a monitoring, administration, or support role.
• Knowledge of Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL).
• Understanding of log management, monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and analyze system logs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Splunk certification(s) will be an advantage.
