ABOUT THE ROLE

A passionate and dedicated Homeroom Teacher is required who will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging classroom environment, supporting students' academic and personal development, and delivering high-quality learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will have relevant teaching experience, an appropriate teaching qualification, and a strong commitment to student development and educational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and learning objectives.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess students' academic progress and provide appropriate feedback and support.
• Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive student behavior.
• Develop strong relationships with students and support their individual learning needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other members of the school community to support student learning.
• Maintain accurate student records and complete required administrative and reporting activities.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Education / Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Appropriate professional teaching certification is preferred.

Experience

• Relevant teaching experience within a school environment.
• Experience working as a Homeroom Teacher or in a similar classroom-based teaching role is preferred.
• Experience working with students in an international or multicultural school environment is an advantage.
