Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Accountant role based in Jeddah. The Financial Accountant will prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with relevant standards, and timely submission. The role includes managing general ledger entries, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The Financial Accountant will handle financial reporting for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and provide analytical support to management for decision-making. Daily responsibilities also involve using accounting software to maintain records, reconciling accounts, collaborating with internal teams and auditors, and contributing to process improvements in the finance function.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus).

Experience: 3+ years of post-graduation accounting experience (Insurance, financial services, or brokerage background strongly preferred).

Technical & Financial Expertise:

• Advanced MS Excel skills and hands-on experience with modern accounting software.
• Strong expertise in preparing and reviewing financial statements, internal management reporting, and regulatory submissions.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and local financial regulations.

Analytical & Core Skills:

• Proven analytical skills to interpret financial data and drive business decisions.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Languages & Soft Skills:

• Full professional fluency in English.
• Strong communication skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external auditors.
