شركة MDS for Computer Systems (MDS CS) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس مشاريع موقع في الرياض، حيث سيتولى إدارة المشاريع الهندسية وضمان تنفيذ مخرجات المشروع بشكل صحيح.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحديد معايير المشروع وضمان الجدوى الفنية والجودة المطلوبة بالتنسيق مع المدير المباشر.
  • تنسيق وتوزيع الموارد الداخلية لتحقيق مخرجات العملاء.
  • إعداد وجدولة ومتابعة المشاريع الموكلة في الموقع.
  • التعاون المنتظم مع المدير المباشر وتقديم تقارير محدثة عن الميزانيات والجداول والخطط وأداء المشاريع في الموقع.
  • التعاون مع الأطراف الداخلية لوضع أساليب أكثر كفاءة للمشروع والحفاظ على ربحيته.
  • إنشاء إطار لقياس مؤشرات المشروع وجمع البيانات مع اقتراح التحسينات.
  • وضع طرق الاختبار الميداني وإجراء فحوصات الجودة المنتظمة وضمان امتثال المشروع للممارسات والسياسات ومعايير الأداء والمواصفات المعمول بها.
  • إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة للسلامة وضمان الالتزام بتدابير الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
  • إعداد تقارير الموقع والحفاظ على وثائق المشروع الشاملة.
  • إدارة التغييرات في نطاق المشروع وجدوله وتكاليفه بالتنسيق مع المدير المباشر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

Job Title

Site Project Engineer

Job Scope

The Site Project Engineer is responsible for managing, engineering construction projects and ensuring the proper implementation of project deliverables. S/He supervises and provides technical advice to the staff on site to complete the project on time and within budget.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Formulate project parameters and ensure technical feasibility and desired quality in coordination with the direct manager
  • Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes
  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned projects on site
  • Cooperate regularly with the direct manager and report updates on budgets, schedules, plans and performance of site projects
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create more efficient project methods and maintain project’s profitability
  • Create a framework to measure the project’s metrics and data collection while recommending improvements
  • Establish field test methods, conduct regular quality checks and ensure the project’s compliance with applicable practices, policies, performance standards and specifications
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure abidance by occupational health and safety measures
  • Prepare site reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost in coordination with the direct manager


Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any other related field

Experience

At least 3 years of relevant experience
