سمارت لحلول التقنية تبحث عن متدرب محاسبة (تدريب تعاوني) في الرياض، للمساهمة في دعم العمليات المالية للشركة في بيئة تقنية سريعة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • متابعة العملاء بشأن المدفوعات المستحقة وكشوف الحسابات.
  • إدارة أنشطة التحصيل والتواصل المهني مع العملاء.
  • دعم إعداد الفواتير وتتبع المدفوعات وتقارير التحصيل.
  • مساعدة فريق المالية في المهام المحاسبية والتشغيلية اليومية عند الحاجة.
  • زيارة العملاء والسفر عند الاقتضاء لاحتياجات العمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • طالب أو خريج حديث من دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة.
  • مهارات جيدة في برنامج Microsoft Excel.
  • معرفة أساسية بمبادئ المحاسبة والمالية (ميزة إضافية).
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
  • أهلية العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • الاستعداد للسفر لزيارة العملاء عند الحاجة.

As a Finance Intern, you will support the finance function in work that helps keep billing, collections, and day-to-day accounting processes running smoothly. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to client-facing finance activities while building hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and account statements
  • Handle collection activities and maintain professional communication with customers
  • Support invoicing, payment tracking, and collection reporting
  • Assist the finance team with daily accounting and operational tasks when needed
  • Visit clients and travel when required for business needs

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree student or fresh graduate in Finance or Accounting
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles is a plus
  • Good Arabic and English communication skills
  • Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
  • Willingness to travel for client visits when required
