Role Description The Chocolate and Gift Arrangement Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role is responsible for designing and assembling chocolate boxes, floral or decorative gift arrangements, and themed gift sets according to brand standards and customer requests. The specialist prepares and organizes materials, maintains product quality and freshness, and ensures that each arrangement is visually appealing, accurate, and delivered on time. Day-to-day tasks include following design guidelines, proposing creative ideas, customizing orders, labeling and packaging items, and keeping the work area clean, safe, and well-stocked. The role also involves collaborating with sales staff, providing input on seasonal collections, and supporting inventory checks and basic stock management.

Qualifications

• Strong aesthetic sense and creativity in arranging chocolates, flowers, and gift items, with an eye for color coordination, balance, and presentation.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail for precise wrapping, ribbon work, packaging, and labeling of products.
• Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand requirements, handle special requests, and support a high standard of service.
• Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple orders, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow design instructions and brand guidelines while also contributing original ideas for new arrangements and collections.
• Comfort with standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks such as lifting boxes and arranging displays.
• Previous experience in gift arrangement, chocolate boutiques, floristry, retail, or a similar creative field is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons, holidays, and special events as needed.
• Basic communication skills in English; additional language abilities are a plus.
