المهام والمسؤوليات

الإشراف على صيانة وإصلاح أنظمة ومعدات المباني.
تخطيط وتنفيذ جداول الصيانة الوقائية.
تشخيص المشكلات الفنية وتنسيق الإجراءات التصحيحية لتقليل وقت التوقف.
فحص المعدات والمرافق وتوثيق أنشطة الصيانة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

مهارات قوية في صيانة المعدات وإصلاحها مع القدرة على استكشاف المشكلات الميكانيكية والفنية وحلها بكفاءة.
خبرة في هندسة الصيانة بما في ذلك تخطيط وتنفيذ وتحسين عمليات الصيانة وإجراءاتها.
خبرة في الصيانة الوقائية مع التركيز على تطوير جداول الصيانة لتقليل أعطال المعدات وإطالة عمر الأصول.
كفاءة في الصيانة الكهربائية بما في ذلك التشخيص الأساسي وإصلاح المكونات الكهربائية والالتزام بممارسات السلامة الكهربائية.
درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الصناعية أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
خبرة في صيانة مباني المرافق أو البناء أو العقارات تعتبر مفيدة للغاية.
القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية وأدلة المعدات واستخدام برامج إدارة الصيانة أو أنظمة CMMS.
مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات، الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والقدرة على العمل بأمان تحت ضغط الوقت.

Role Description The Maintenance Engineer - مهندس صيانة will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and reliable operation of building systems and equipment at Theeb Contracting and Real Estate. This full-time, on-site role is based in Riyadh and involves planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, diagnosing technical issues, and coordinating corrective actions to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Engineer will inspect equipment and facilities, document maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. The role includes collaborating with other engineering, operations, and facility teams, managing maintenance resources and materials, and supporting improvement projects to enhance asset performance and longevity.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues efficiently.
Proficiency in Maintenance Engineering, including planning, implementing, and optimizing maintenance processes and procedures.
Experience in Preventive Maintenance, with a focus on developing and following maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures and extend asset life.
Competence in Electrical Maintenance, including basic electrical diagnostics, repair of electrical components, and adherence to electrical safety practices.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience in building facilities, construction, or real estate maintenance environments is highly beneficial.
Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals, and use maintenance management software or CMMS tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely under time constraints.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on-site in Riyadh.
