Hurr is looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who understands digital marketing, content creation, AI-powered tools, and community growth.

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong experience in Content Creation & Content Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with SEO and organic growth strategies.
• Experience in planning, launching, and managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and content writing skills.
• Practical experience using AI tools for marketing and content creation.
• Ability to use AI tools to generate and edit video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Experience with AI-powered content generation, ideation, scripting, and creative production.
• Experience in Community Management and building engaged online communities.
• Proven ability to improve user engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Previous experience working with a SaaS business or SaaS product is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and continuously optimize marketing activities.

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive growth and customer acquisition.
• Create engaging content across social media, websites, campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Leverage AI tools to create high-quality content and video assets efficiently.
• Plan and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns.
• Improve SEO performance and organic traffic.
• Write compelling copy for campaigns, landing pages, social media, and marketing materials.
• Manage and grow Hurr’s online communities.
• Develop initiatives that increase engagement, retention, and repeat usage.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and use data to improve campaign performance and user growth.
• Collaborate with the team to turn marketing ideas into measurable growth initiatives.
