يسر مجموعة Liebherr أن تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس خدمة (Service Engineer) للعمل ضمن فريق خدمة العملاء في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن تركيب وتشغيل وصيانة وإصلاح المعدات البحرية، وضمان تشغيلها بكفاءة وموثوقية في مواقع العملاء. هذه الوظيفة مخصصة للسعوديين فقط.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشخيص وإصلاح وفحص وضبط المعدات البحرية مثل: الرافعات المينائية المتحركة (Harbour Mobile Cranes)، رافعات السفن (Ship Cranes)، الرافعات البحرية (Offshore Cranes)، رافعات الشاطئ إلى السفينة (Ship to Shore)، الرافعات ذات الإطارات المطاطية (Rubber Tyre Gantry)، والرافعات المثبتة على السكك الحديدية (Rail Mounted Gantry).
- تجميع وتركيب الآلات الجديدة وتشغيلها.
- تطبيق/تركيب التحديثات والتعديلات الصادرة من المصنع.
- إصلاح أو استبدال الأجزاء التالفة أو البالية.
- تشغيل الآلة لأغراض الاختبار والفحص واستكشاف الأخطاء.
- كتابة تقرير مفصل وفي الوقت المناسب بعد كل زيارة.
- الامتثال لمعايير السلامة المعمول بها.
- تمثيل شركة LIEBHERR وقيمها الأساسية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إتمام تدريب مهني تقني ناجح كفني ميكانيكا/كهرباء/ميكاترونكس أو مؤهل تعليم تقني عالي.
- الجنسية السعودية.
- معرفة متقدمة في الأنظمة الكهربائية والهيدروليكية.
- إجادة عالية للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة؛ اللغة العربية إضافة ممتازة.
- القدرة على تنظيم وإدارة وإكمال المشاريع بشكل فردي أو ضمن فريق.
- التعاون مع جميع مستويات الموظفين.
- القدرة على تعدد المهام مع إنجاز العمل بكفاءة واحترافية.
- الاستعداد للسفر داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
- الاستعداد للعمل لساعات إضافية، وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع، أو المناوبة عند الطلب.
- معرفة أساسية ببرامج MS Office.
- روح الفريق (Team Player).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تشخيص وإصلاح متقدمة في المعدات البحرية.
- كفاءة عالية في اللغة الإنجليزية (شرط أساسي) والعربية (ميزة إضافية).
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارية للمشاريع.
- القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط وتعدد المهام.
- إجادة استخدام MS Office.

Service Engineer to join our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the
installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of maritime equipment, ensuring reliable and efficient operation at customer sites. The role involves working with a wide range of maritime cranes and equipment, while providing professional technical support and maintaining high standards of safety and service quality.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, overhaul, and adjust maritime equipment such as: Harbour Mobile Cranes, Ship Cranes, Offshore Cranes, Ship to Shore, Rubber Tyre Gantry, Rail Mounted Gantry
- Assembly and commissioning of new machines
- Apply/ install factory issued updates and modifications
- Repair or replace damaged or worn parts
- Operate machine for testing, inspection and troubleshooting
- Write a timely and detailed report after each attendance
- Comply to applicable safety standards
- Represent LIEBHERR and its core values
Competencies
- Successful completion of a technical apprenticeship as a mechanical/electronic/mechatronic technician or higher technical education
- Advanced knowledge in electrical and hydraulic systems
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Arabic is a plus.
- Organize, manage, and complete projects individually or as part of teamwork.
- Cooperate with all levels of staff
- Ability to multitask while completing work in a competent and professional manner
- Willing to travel within Saudi Arabia
- Willing to work overtime as well as on weekends or on call duty
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
