Role Description The Head of Investor Relations is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the company’s communication and engagement with the investment community. This role oversees the preparation of investor presentations, earnings materials, and key messages for current and potential investors. The Head of Investor Relations will coordinate financial disclosures, support management during investor meetings and roadshows, and maintain relationships with analysts, institutional investors, and other stakeholders. Daily activities include monitoring market and peer activity, gathering investor feedback, collaborating with finance and executive leadership on strategy and narrative, and ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely information is shared externally.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Investor Relations and Investor Presentations skills to lead strategic communications with the investment community.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments skills to interpret financial performance and explain the company’s value proposition.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, peer data, and investor feedback.
• Extensive experience in capital markets, corporate finance, or equity research is highly beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and presenting to boards or executive committees is an advantage.
• Relevant university degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
