Role Description The Financial Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities of SIDCO. Day-to-day tasks include managing the preparation of financial statements, supervising the month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting in compliance with applicable standards and company policies. The role also oversees budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control, providing analytical insights to support strategic and operational decisions. The Financial Controller will lead and develop the finance and accounting team, maintain internal controls, coordinate audits, and collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, including knowledge of cost accounting, general ledger management, and financial controls.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with experience in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide clear recommendations to management.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) are preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, familiarity with ERP systems, strong Excel proficiency, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Dammam, manage multiple priorities, and uphold high standards of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in financial operations.
