تعلن شركة Ninety One، وهي شركة استثمار عالمية مستقلة تدير أصولاً بقيمة 226.5 مليار دولار، عن توفر وظيفة محلل ائتمان للديون المؤسسية في الأسواق الناشئة، للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع رئيس الاستثمار في الكيان السعودي كجزء من منصة الائتمان المؤسسي العالمي للأسواق الناشئة، في بيئة تعاونية تركز على الابتكار ونتائج العملاء والتعلم المستمر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء أبحاث ائتمانية مستقلة من القاعدة إلى القمة على المؤسسات المالية والشركات في المملكة العربية السعودية والأسواق الناشئة الأخرى.
- توليد أفكار استثمارية متميزة بهدف تجاوز المعايير المرجعية.
- صياغة وإيصال توصيات استثمارية واضحة إلى مديري المحافظ.
- المساهمة في التحليل من القمة إلى القاعدة لدعم تحديد المواقع القطرية والقطاعية والمخاطر.
- مراقبة وتقييم أداء المصدرين وتعديل التوصيات حسب الحاجة.
- تحليل البيانات المالية والمقاييس الائتمانية والعوامل النوعية لتقييم أساسيات المصدر واستدامته.
- دمج الرؤى الاقتصادية الكلية ورؤى السوق في التحليل الاستثماري.
- المساعدة في تطوير وتحسين أدوات البحث وقواعد البيانات الخاصة.
- إعداد تقارير بحثية مكتوبة وتقارير داخلية وتقارير للعملاء، ودعم عروض الاستثمار.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات الاستثمار والمساهمة في التحسين المستمر لعمليات البحث.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في الدخل الثابت، أو أبحاث الائتمان، أو تحليل الاستثمار، ويفضل أن تكون في إدارة الأصول، أو الخدمات المصرفية الاستثمارية، أو وكالة تصنيف ائتماني.
- فهم قوي لأساسيات الائتمان للمؤسسات المالية والشركات.
- الإلمام بالأسواق الناشئة، مع معرفة المملكة العربية السعودية و/أو منطقة الخليج.
- درجة علمية في المالية، أو الاقتصاد، أو المحاسبة، أو مجال ذي صلة؛ إتمام أو التقدم في الحصول على شهادة CFA يُعد ميزة إضافية.

About our EM Corporate Debt team:
Ninety One’s Emerging Market Corporate Debt team is a global investment capability focused on delivering differentiated credit outcomes across the EM universe. With a strong track record and deep local knowledge, the team blends rigorous bottom-up credit research with top-down market insights to identify compelling investment opportunities.
This role is based in Saudi Arabia and provides a unique opportunity to work closely with the Chief Investment Officer of Ninety One’s Saudi entity, while being an integrated part of the global Emerging Market Corporate Credit platform. The team operates in a collaborative and intellectually curious environment, with a strong focus on innovation, client outcomes, and continuous learning. We are looking for individuals to grow and contribute to the build out of the local entity and dedicated regional strategies over time.
As an Analyst, you will:
- Conduct independent, bottom-up credit research on financial institutions and corporates across Saudi Arabia and other emerging markets
- Generate differentiated investment ideas with the objective of outperforming benchmarks
- Formulate and communicate clear investment recommendations to portfolio managers
- Contribute to top-down analysis to support country, sector, and risk positioning
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of issuers and adjust recommendations as needed
- Analyse financial statements, credit metrics, and qualitative factors to assess issuer fundamentals and sustainability
- Incorporate macroeconomic and market insights into investment analysis
- Assist in the development and enhancement of proprietary research tools and databases
- Prepare written research, internal and client reporting, and support investment presentations
- Participate in investment meetings and contribute to ongoing improvement across research processes
You should consider applying if you have:
- 4+ years of experience in fixed income, credit research, or investment analysis, ideally gained within asset management, investment banking, or a credit rating agency
- A strong understanding of financial institutions and corporate credit fundamentals
- Familiarity with emerging markets, with knowledge of Saudi Arabia and/or the GCC region
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; progress toward or completion of the CFA qualification is advantageous
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously improve
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are required
