نبذة عن الوظيفة
بصفته Content Lead، سيتولى المرشح مسؤولية إدارة المحتوى في سرج بالكامل - من الاستراتيجية والتخطيط إلى الإنشاء والنشر. سيعمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق التسويق والمنتجات والمبيعات لتطوير محتوى جذاب يعكس علامتنا التجارية ومنتجاتنا وأفكارنا عبر قنوات متعددة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- امتلاك وتنفيذ استراتيجية المحتوى عبر الموقع الإلكتروني ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والمدونات والإعلانات ودراسات الحالة وسكريبتات الفيديو.
- تطوير محتوى واضح وجذاب يبسّط مفاهيم الذكاء الاصطناعي والتكنولوجيا المعقدة.
- تخطيط وإدارة التقويم المحتوي والإشراف على المحتوى من الفكرة إلى النشر.
- التعاون مع فرق التسويق والمنتجات والمبيعات لمواءمة المحتوى مع أهداف العمل.
- الحفاظ على صوت علامة تجارية متسق عبر جميع القنوات والصيغ.
- تتبع أداء المحتوى واستخدام الرؤى لتحسين المحتوى المستقبلي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو اللغات أو الاتصال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- مهارات استثنائية في الكتابة والتحرير باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- القدرة على تطوير وإدارة استراتيجية المحتوى من البداية إلى النهاية، مع خبرة عبر قنوات وصيغ رقمية متعددة.
- ملف أعمال قوي يُظهر أعمالاً إبداعية في المحتوى والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- فهم قوي لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والمحتوى الرقمي والاتجاهات الناشئة في المحتوى.
- القدرة على تبسيط مفاهيم الذكاء الاصطناعي والتكنولوجيا والأعمال المعقدة إلى محتوى جذاب.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة المشاريع، مع القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية والعمل بفعالية عبر الأقسام.
- مهارات تصوير الفيديو ومونتاجه تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with business objectives.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and formats.
- Track content performance and use insights to improve future content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Languages, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional English and Arabic writing and editing skills.
- Ability to develop and manage content strategy end-to-end, with experience across multiple digital channels and formats.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative content work and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital content, and emerging content trends.
- Ability to simplify complex AI, technology, and business concepts into engaging content.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively cross-functionally.
- Video shooting and editing skills are a bonus.
