تعلن شركة MA Engineering Consultancy Co. عن توفر وظيفة مهندس مدني (مصمم) في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استخدام برامج BIM وRevit وCAD وغيرها من التطبيقات المدنية الأساسية لإنشاء تصاميم ونماذج تفصيلية لمشاريع الهندسة المدنية.
- التعاون مع مدراء المشاريع والمهندسين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لفهم متطلبات المشروع وأهدافه.
- إنتاج رسومات وخطط ووثائق دقيقة تتوافق مع المعايير الصناعية ومواصفات المشروع.
- إجراء الكشف عن التعارضات وحل تعارضات التصميم داخل بيئة BIM.
- مواكبة أحدث الاتجاهات والتطورات في BIM والتقنيات المدنية الأخرى ذات الصلة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
- خبرة مثبتة كمصمم مدني لمدة تتراوح بين 6 إلى 8 سنوات في المجال.
- إتقان برامج BIM (مثل Autodesk Revit) وبرامج CAD (مثل AutoCAD Civil 3D) والتطبيقات المدنية الرئيسية الأخرى.
- فهم قوي لمبادئ وممارسات ومعايير الهندسة المدنية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعاون.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة سريعة الخطى وإدارة مهام متعددة في وقت واحد.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بتقديم عمل عالي الجودة.
- الشهادات المهنية (مثل Autodesk Certified Professional) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
