شركة سايبم (Saipem)، الرائدة عالمياً في خدمات الهندسة لتصميم وبناء وتشغيل البنى التحتية والمصانع المعقدة في قطاع الطاقة، تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس ميكانيكي في المنطقة الشرقية بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل خبرة من 6 إلى 8 سنوات في صناعة النفط والغاز.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية مع خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في مجال التوقفات والتفتيش (Turnaround and Inspection - T&I) ويفضل أن تكون في صناعة النفط والغاز، مع التركيز على الجدولة والتخطيط.
- معرفة متعمقة بالمعايير والكودات الدولية مثل ASME وAPI وANSI، خاصة المعايير API 610 وAPI 617 وAPI 692 وAPI 691 وغيرها ذات الصلة بأعمال الصيانة.
- القدرة على التواصل مع مهندسي التخصصات المتعددة لإكمال المشاريع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قدرة مثبتة على التواصل الفعال مع الإدارة على جميع المستويات داخل المؤسسة.
- القدرة على اكتشاف والتوفيق بين وجهات النظر والمصالح المتضاربة بين الأقسام المختلفة.
- مهارات تواصل قوية كتابةً وشفهية.
- القدرة على إيصال المفاهيم الفنية والاقتصادية والتجارية المعقدة بطريقة واضحة ومختصرة للأفراد والمجموعات من خلفيات مهنية متنوعة.

About The Role
- Preferably 6-8 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry.
- Should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Turnaround and Inspection (T&I) preferably in the oil and gas industry, in scheduling and planning. Also, should have in-depth knowledge of international standards and codes ASME, API and ANSI especially standard such as API610, API 617, API 692, API 691 and others related to maintenance.
- should be capable of communicating with multidiscipline engineers to complete projects. You must have proven ability to communicate effectively with management at all levels within the organization. Capable of spotting and reconciling conflicting views and interests among different parts of the organization.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are a requirement. Should be able to communicate what are frequently complex technical, economic and commercial concepts in a clear and succinct manner to individuals and groups from diverse professional backgrounds.
