SAMCOMINE IS HIRING | Professional Drillers

SAMCOMINE - Future of Mining is a specialized mining services company providing professional solutions across mineral exploration, drilling, and mining projects.

As part of our growing drilling operations, SAMCOMINE is looking for qualified, experienced, and safety-focused Drillers to join our field operations team.

1. Wireline / Diamond Core Driller

2. RC (Reverse Circulation) Driller

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on drilling experience

• Proven experience operating Wireline / Diamond Core or RC drilling rigs

• Strong knowledge of drilling procedures, techniques, and operational parameters

• Ability to operate drilling equipment safely, efficiently, and professionally

• Good understanding of drilling equipment inspection and basic troubleshooting

• Strong commitment to HSE requirements and safe working practices

• Ability to work in remote locations and challenging field conditions

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet operational targets

• Strong teamwork, communication, discipline, and sense of responsibility

Candidates should be capable of:

• Preparing accurate Daily Drilling Reports

• Recording drilled meters, depths, shifts, and drilling progress

• Recording drilling parameters and operational data accurately

• Reporting equipment condition, downtime, breakdowns, and operational issues

• Maintaining clear and accurate field documentation

• Communicating drilling progress and technical issues effectively with supervisors and the project team

We are looking for professionals who are safety-conscious, technically competent, disciplined, reliable, and committed to high-quality performance.

The successful candidate should take full responsibility for safe rig operation, drilling performance, equipment care, accurate data recording, and daily reporting while maintaining SAMCOMINE's professional operational standards.
